I may be sappy but my heart smiles every time I look at this video. Emma and Chad were surrendered from 2 different worlds but both ended up in the same foster home. Within minutes of meeting, they were best friends.

8/20 Update! We sprung her from PVSEC. Normally, I would be hesitant as she is still not doing great but the awesome doctors felt that she wouldn’t eat due to being in the hospital so we agreed to try taking her home to see if she starts eating. As of right now, she hasn’t eaten on her own since atleast Wednesday and I am like a nervous momma hen. She is with a foster that has no chaos (unlike the Manko house of misfits).
Her total was over 10k but she is definitely moving in the right direction and we hope she doesn’t have to return. No definitive diagnosis but she was septic and they are suggesting HGE that had time to do some damage before the start of treatment.
We love Baby and we will continue to provide whatever she needs to get to 100%.
Praying that we have no additional expensive emergencies in the coming months but I do believe that Baby survived because there is a purpose for her on this earth.

Meet Simone and Bridgette. Their story is a sad one. Unlike a lot of dogs we see in rescue they were loved and cherished. Their mom died over a year ago, and they became the whole world to their dad. He would even take them pup treats every day.
Sadly he passed away last week and their world got turned upside down. They were used to having their person with them 24/7 and it’s been hard for them. They are the sweetest girls. They are 11 and 9 years old and we want to keep them together.
These girls are happy and healthy. All they need is someone to heal their heart.

Ripley❤️Oh my dog! Someone is really missing out on this amazing little man! He’s a perfect little squatty legged puppy who has all training done for a new owner. He is housebroken, walks great on a leash, knows some commands, fetches toys and balls…. AND he likes other dogs and cats. He is pure perfection.
He is a little shy at first but warms quickly. Pictures don’t do this adorable little man with short legs justice. It’s hard not to smile when you look at him.
Don’t pass up on this little 6 month old mix breed that is only 28 lbs. He will be a smaller- medium sized pup when full grown but he has the biggest heart and love to give.

You don’t know what you are missing! Today I spent time with 2 precious pups…Charlie and Scotty.
Meet Charlie! He is a 4 month old mix breed cutie.
Oh my gosh! This dog stole my heart and ran away with it. He is one of the absolute sweetest pups and it’s easy to see just jow much love he wants to give. He is a happy boy that wants to be hugged and loved on by his person (or anyone in the room).
His goofy demeanor made friends with anyone that walked into our store. He galloped and sniffed while making friends with anyone who would look at him. Let’s just say he easily made a ton of friends at the thrift store.
He is housebroken and goes to the door when he needs to potty. He is smart and already knows some commands and he is everyone’s best friend.
