When I was about three months old I was taken into the SPCA and didn't know what was going to happen to me. I waited and waited and waited... and kept waiting until one day my kennel door opened because
I had a visitor! I was so excited! When the door opened into the greeting room I seen this strange guy sitting there smiling at me... weird, huh? But I was so excited that I ran and jumped on this strangers lap and gave him a big, wet kiss on the face. This was the first time I had met Corey Thrush! After a few minutes of playing, Corey stopped and told the assistant "I want to take "Ethel" home... Ethel!!! Can you believe that was originally my name? But I was finally free! After six long months at the SPCA I had finally found a home! Corey took me home and I met my grandma and grandpa (ya know, Allen & Michelle Thrush) and the rest was history! So, here I am (with a cool new name, thank goodness) and I am proud to say that I went from a being a rescue pup at the shelter to a being a part of loving family and became the Official Mascot of Thrush & Son! I knew that I had some big shoes to fill, since RC, the mascot before me held that title for 17 years, but I knew that I could do it!
