VERY SPECIAL PERSON/s REQUIRED - CHESHIRE

We need someone who can act as a sort of "Guardian" for a very sick young Whippet.

Similar to a Foster Carer, you would care for the Whippet in your own home, treating the Whippet as your own pet and helping us to make decisions that are in the dog's best interests.

This is a very sad case; the level of care necessary can only really be provided by those who are retired or semi-retired who can open up their home and their hearts and devote themselves to providing the Whippet with the care and love that it has been denied of since birth.

We are sorry but we just don't feel that this arrangement would suit families with young children; the dog's lifespan may be limited and this could be upsetting for children.

Those with veterinary nursing experience would be ideal but basic nursing skills and love are all that is required. You will also need to live near to Nantwich, Cheshire or be prepared to travel to Nantwich regularly and possibly further afield to other specialist Veterinary Hospitals.

Once again, this is a very sad case, we simply don't know how this little Whippet has survived or how long it will survive with treatment.
