Manny is a 3-4 year old long hair chihuahua / Pomeranian mix (we aren’t totally sure) who we transferred from ACCT Philly. He had arrived as a stray after being attacked by another dog, resulting in him loosing his eye. Despite this terrible ordeal, Manny is still a loving and affectionate boy who enjoys the company of both cats and dogs. Manny loves human affection in his foster home and is always near or keeping a watchful eye on his people. He would love someone he can curl up on the couch with or go for a casual walk. Manny is under 10lbs and enjoys being held or carried around. When not in your arms he’ll be right behind you like a little shadow checking in to see what’s going on. Calling all experienced dog owners. Hi there! My name is Reggie and I’m looking for my forever home. I am a 1.5 year old pit mix, my foster mom thinks my face wrinkles mean I might have some shar pei mixed in. My foster family saw a video of me shivering & terrified at the Trenton Animal Shelter when my family decided they couldn’t care for me. They came right over to rescue me and since then, I have been living with them and my canine foster brother and sister. I really love my foster brother and sister, they're a bit older than me and very calm, so they let me be me. I would really love a home with a fenced in yard, where I can patrol for critters and play fetch. I really enjoy my daily walks and I am great in the car!

I would do best in a home with experienced adults who are interested in continuing my training so I can continue on my mission to become the best I can be. My training has included walking, agility and greeting; and just to be safe, I’ve been trained to wear a muzzle which lets my foster mom and dad take the lead so I don’t feel like I have to protect them. I get nervous meeting new people who come to the house and I can be reactive to dogs I don’t know. But everyone has been so proud of all my progress. My adoption fee includes one private training session and 4 group training sessions, so we can learn all the things together!

In need of a great home

Jasmine, or Jazzie, is a 9-10 year old female pit mix. She lost her daddy, whom she loved so much, to COVID and is now in need of a new home. She has lived with two small dogs and gets along really well with them! She does fine seeing large dogs in public, but can get a little bit scared when they approach her. She would do best in a home without other large, active dogs, but would love a small dog friend to play and cuddle with!

Jasmine is housebroken and walks great on a leash. She's a total lovebug and couch potato. She is looking for a forever family to snuggle with in her golden years! She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.

These 2 need to stay together ♥️

Chewy is an 8 year old, male Yorkie & Brooklyn is a 9 year old, female Jack Russell Mix. They were surrendered when their owner could no longer keep them. Chewy and Brooklyn have lived together their whole lives. Chewy is very sweet and would do best in a home without cats. He can live with other dogs, but will need a proper introduction. Chewy is a finicky eater but loves Cesar brand wet food. He turns his nose to most other foods, including some human foods. Brooklyn eats anything you give her. She is overweight and needs to shed some pounds to be a healthy weight, but she has already lost about 6lbs in her foster home and doing so great! She can be a little barky, but settles down after she let’s others know she’s there and she sees them. She seems to be good with cats and dogs, but is protective of her food with other animals. She is great with people.

They are house trained and will also use p*e pads if they are made available to them. They are crate trained, but do well when left in the house as well. Both Chewy and Brooklyn are neutered/spayed, up to date with vaccinations, heartworm and lymes negative and microchipped.
