A rare photobomb of me and my boy. Long distance, carer duties (my parents) mean I am to and fro from home at the moment so I’m lapping up snuggles with Pinks when I can. I got an ecstatic greeting tonight despite me only being missing 24hrs.

Hola! Just wishing you all a wonderful late summer. In case you were wondering, I am doing really well and mum took me on our annual holiday to Wales. She wasn’t certain how it would go as I am now blind but it is (mostly) the same cottage (same farm) I have been to for the last ten years and it was just grand! I had a great time. The vets are aghast I am still here. They had written me off with weeks to months… It’s now almost a year since my health crisis started. If love can save me, it will. ❤️

Hola! Despite everything, almost a year on from my health crisis, I am still here and feisty as ever. I have made a training video for dogs with my mum. Its aim is to teach dogs how to use the ‘paw of more’ to control their owners. 😉 ❤️

Hola folks. Just dropping in to say I am doing really well. Mum has been very worried but I am a trooper. I am enjoying the days warming up and the flowers emerging. Although I scared my dad yesterday by running in the garden. 🤣

Me and my best bud (other than mum, that is). Sputnik is my best fur-friend). 😍 He is like a mini Captain, for those who remember my very best friend in the world. They both even have the same scar above their left eye. P. S. For a blind dog I am still very nosey. We were both checking out the leaves and lambs across the road. Sput was the eyes and I was the ears You can’t be too careful. The streets are mean.

Hola! I’ve had a lovely cuddle with mum tonight. Winter is the best time of year for snuggling. She’s trying to work out how to edit a video so it’s short enough to put on here to prove I am not always lying down. I’m not lazy, honest! 🤣

Hola! I am enjoying the sunshine today and taking it easy. My scan showed my liver is not getting better and my tummy is full of fluid. I have been given tablets for this and am feeling much more comfortable today. I don’t know how long I will be here for but me and my mum are going to make sure everyday is a good one. Hug those you love tight. 🤗 xx

Still waiting on another call back from the vets about tests results but, in the meantime, I am getting back into my stride. I used to love my fitbone. This is the first time I’ve used it since I lost my sight. Still got it!

Hola! It’s Bonfire Night in the UK which means lots of fireworks. My mum moved me from a quiet village to an even quieter place but we can still hear them. I have always been very afraid of the noise they make but this year I mostly slept through it all and wasn’t scared at all. I am not losing my hearing though. The sound of mum’s voice makes me giddy.

I may not be able to see mum’s tea but I can still smell it. Being blind isn’t going to stop me harassing her to give me some of her grub. I had already eaten my own tea but I always save a bit of space for more. 🤣

Hi everyone. My mum is rubbish at updating my page but she is very good at looking after me. I have had a tough few months and have lost my sight due to an untreatable, auto-immune condition. Mum is making sure my life is as secure and safe as possible. I am a tough cookie. I still jump on the bed and go up and down the stairs and go crazy, giddy when mum is about. Never let life get you down folks; where there’s life there is hope. ❤️
