Our dogs all live full lives as part of our family- they do not live in kennels! Located in Joshua, TX German Shepherds have been part of our lives for over 20 years and we love everything about this majestic and loyal breed of dog. We believe that all dogs should live full and happy lives as part of the family. Our dogs have 13 acres of land on our small farm to play and always sleep in the hous

e at night. They get to go on adventures with us and are never bored! We have carefully chosen our dogs not only for their physical characteristics, but also for their stable temperaments and intelligence. Every breeding dog has had health testing with OFA certifications and DNA testing as well as achieving titles to prove their train-ability and temperaments. These attributes produce puppies which are excellent family members that are fun to live with and also capable of protecting the family they love!

PUPPIES ARE HERE!! Last night, we welcomed four beautiful puppies from our Nellie X Yucon litter and they are fat and healthy! Nellie is once again being an excellent mother and really loves her babies 🥰. She had an even split of two boys and two girls. One boy and one girl not yet reserved. Message for info! 😍

Cali’s brother Axel Lucaty, owned by Greg Doud

Axel Lucaty retrieve during IGP3 obedience at the 2024 USCA Working Dog Championship. Axel is handled by Greg Doud. Greg had the added challenge of competing with two dogs at at the WDC. Axel, his GSD and George, his Malinois.

Last weekend was the GSDCA regional conformation show and both Nellie and her beautiful daughter Reese Von Cacao attended! Reese won VP1- champion in her class in a very nice group of puppies! Her owner Hannah has done such a great job raising her and we look forward to seeing her in more shows strutting her stuff!!
Nellie also did fantastic at the show thanks to the expert handling of Rachel, earning first place in her class and is now:

Our sweet and beautiful Cali has been busy and achieved her BH title this weekend! She also recently attended a Fast Cat event and earned qualifying scores in all four of her runs. She is over halfway to her BCAT title!! So proud of her!!

Nellie is taking her time delivering her babies. So far we have 2 girls and 1 boy. She is absolutely enjoying motherhood, she loves her babies SO much!! 🥰

Nellie has started having her babies!! The first was a doozy as it was breech and a large girl at 536 grams. But Nellie fought through and is already proving herself to be a great momma 🥰. So proud of her!!

*Both puppies went to their new home TOGETHER with a fantastic family for this brother/sister to live the rest of their lives with. We couldn't be happier for them!! 🥰

Honey is a 4 year old spayed female looking for a family of her own. She is a very loving and fun dog, but also calm in the house. She is housebroken, crate trained, and knows basic obedience. She LOVES hiking and going for walks and is excellent on leash. She is great with people and gets along with most male dogs, but needs to go to a home with no female dogs. PM for more info if interested in this sweet girl. We will be very selective in finding her the best home for her :)

Great news!! Nellie’s Embark results are in and she is CLEAR of all genetic diseases including Degenerative myelopathy! She’s also 100% German Shepherd.. but we already knew that 😜 Yay Nellie!! 🎉🍾🎊🎈🥰

Ace will be 4 months old tomorrow and he is such a wonderful student! Working now on self control with “stay” at a sit and down. He is very affectionate and has a strong desire to please his person. Housebroken, crate trained, microchip implanted, puppy vaccines complete. AKC registered with both parents clear hip/elbow dysplasia and DNA tested clear DM. PM for info!

Duke 4 months old

Duke will be 4 months old tomorrow and his training is coming along fantastically!! Working now on self control with “stay” at a sit and down. He is confident, smart, and brave. Housebroken, crate trained, microchip implanted, puppy vaccines complete. AKC registered with both parents clear hip/elbow dysplasia and DNA tested clear DM. PM for info!
