Okidoke Acres is a community oriented farming project that aims to provide quality food by the most sustainable means.

Quality, organic, heirloom, no-till, sustainable, intensive, community agriculture... it may me a mouth full, but every farm should provide one. Okidoke Acres is based off of a family lot that was purchased in the 1930's when, faced with dust bowl conditions, Fred Alexander and family moved west from Kansas. In the time since, the land has been a field for horses, cows, and even llamas. In the fal

l of 2015, a portion of the pasture was converted to farmland with a focus on environmental sustainability. 2016 will be dedicated to establishing a crop rotation, seeds, and reaching out to the local community.
