Message from Finder: Hope we can find this little ones , little bitey from being scared. Running from the library across to downtown.

Description: Small white dog with large bark collar. No other collar or identifiers. Found wet and scared running across Market St from the library. They are snappy and I wasn’t able to get a good look at him/her. Safe for now but I’m sure would love to go .
