I am seeking a foster home or a forever home!
Meet Nash!🐾💙🐾 He's 1 1/2 years old. 50 lbs. If you are interested in fostering or adopting, visit www.midwestrescue.org.
If you want some "Happy" in your life, Nash is the guy for you!
Nash needs a foster or forever home ASAP, we simply can't afford to keep him where he is and will be moving him to a regular boarding kennel. This is hurting our hearts that he will go from a home environment to a small run.
If you are interested in fostering or adopting Nash, or want to learn more about him, shoot us a message or visit our website at www.midwestrescue.org.
We'd love to chat with you!
As you can see, Nash is having a blast in boarding with Jessie from Mindful Methods Companion Coaching. We have learned so much about Nash, he has made new friends and has really blossomed!
Nash has been ready for a foster or forever home for a while now. But until that happens (and hopefully soon!), we can really use help funding his boarding cost. Nash is having the time of his life, and that fun is draining our bank account.😆
At $525 /week, if you are in a position to do so, a donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated, and it will keep Nash from having to get a job. Although, he seriously thinks that taste-testing Puppuccinos at Starbucks is a viable job option for him.
Pipe dreams, Nash. Pipe dreams.
2024 Rock a bully! Cesare salad and the spicy croutons!
Muggs-N-Manor
Everyone needs the pick-me-up of a fancy beverage every now and again.
We had a blast watching Nash enjoy his first Puppuccino from Starbucks. He is now hooked.
In order to help support his new found addiction, Nash has asked that we put Puppuccino's in his foster and adoption agreements as a requirement. The jury is still out on that one, it's an absurd request really, but you can't fault a guy for trying.

Let's chat!
We need fosters.
Chicago is hurting. Shelters are over-filled and precious lives are being taken because there just is no room.
We can help. We can save lives. But we need people to make the committed decision to foster. Without fosters, we cannot take action.
We were able to bring Hannah, her litter mates and their mommy into the safety of our rescue because several people rallied around this doggie family with us as fosters and made it possible. Their rescue was arduous and demanded that we stop out in faith. So we did.
This perfect, sweet moment between Hannah and her human baby is just one of many reasons why we need to do more. We need to be the reason that more dogs live and are given the opportunity to have life-fulfilling moments like these.
Please consider fostering. We pay for everything, supply food and supplies. You provide an environment of love and structure and prepare that dog or puppy for his/her forever home. We are with you every step of the way and you will be a part of their adoption process when that time comes.

Help us make a difference this year. Let's give more dogs their beautiful moments like Hannah and Riley. Let's save some lives!
Let’s start the New Year off on the right foot and rescue a dog (Luna is located in the Chicago area)!
We have been working with a Good Samaritan for the past few weeks to help him with a dog he himself rescued early in December. Luna, a sweet two year old, 45 pound pocket pittie was purchased by her original owner from an out-of-state breeder. But soon after, he realized that having a puppy was too much work. Cleaning after her and yes, even feeding her, was too much work.
So, Luna has spent most of her life living solely in a crate, not fed on a regular basis, without human contact and love. Even though, she is a fun, sweet girl who enjoys every minute of engagement with humans she can get. We are so very grateful that this Good Samaritan stepped in and saved Luna. Luna went from a skinny, neglected pup to a healthy, loved and engaged girl who understands what it means to be cherished and taken care of.
He reached out to us for help because he lives alone and works a lot of hours. Though it will be hard for him to let her go, he knows that she deserves more. He wants her happy with a family of her own. We want to give that to her, and to him.
Step one is finding a FOSTER HOME for Luna!
We met Luna today and here is what we learned about her:
• True to her pittie nature, she has that great smile!
• We love her compact size!
• Luna can sit and give paw.
• Luna LOVES her toys and is a big fan of treats (our kind of girl!).
• Luna is super social and loves interacting with people.
• Luna is up to date on her shots and is heartworm negative.
• Luna will be spayed once she is in a foster home and can be monitored more closely.
• Luna will need to brush up on her potty training once settled into a foster or forever home and has a more structured and consistent schedule.
• Luna hasn’t officially played with other dogs yet, but from spending time with her, we feel she would love to romp with canine friends. We take doggie introductions s
Dottie is having a blast at Bentley's Pet Stuff in Schaumburg meeting lots of new friends.
The Bentley's family is great!!!
