Henry's Haven is an independent cat rescue serving West Yorkshire, run solely by volunteers.

This gorgeous girl came into rescue after being found alone outside at a young age. Luckily for her, she will now find her forever home.

She is friendly, affectionate and super playful!

Le Chiffre is first vaccinated and microchipped. Adopter must be able to return to VetsforPets, LS13 for second vaccinations.

Neutering will be carried out at our vets when old enough.

She is available for adoption from IMMEDIATELY. Currently in foster in LS6. We kindly ask that you only apply if you are in a position to collect at this time.

5 weeks free insurance is also provided by Agria.

Willis. Male. Approx 4 years old

This handsome guy came into rescue as an unclaimed, unneutered stray who had been scrapping whilst out on the streets.

Willis is a BIG lad, very heavy and chunky.
He is a friendly, laid back lad who loves a cuddle and is happy to lead the quiet life.
He is happy to live alongside other cats of similar personalities but is wary of dogs.
Due to Willis’ large frame, he wouldn’t be suited to very young children.

He is microchipped and neutered and is available for adoption immediately. 5 weeks free insurance is also provided by Agria.
Currently in foster in BD11.

Some lovely rehomes. Lives changed. Xx

Anton. Dakul. Fabia. Pickletoes and Smartie all to their new homes.

Anton was living outside. Before he came in. Dakul. Dumped like rubbish in a box. Fabia and Pickletoes also just dumped. And Smartie. Found as a tiny kitten in his own. Xx

These babies now have a brighter future and we would like to thank all the adopters for giving them a lovely new home ###

Three new girls in. X

Sitis tabby and white girl. Around 9 months. Found outside. She’s really thin and weight only 1.8kg and was riddled in fleas. Now treated and safe in foster. Advertised not claimed.

Saloma little black and white girl. Again found outside. 9/10 weeks. Again advertised and not claimed she has come from one of the vets we help. X

Froglet is the last one from a situation we have been helping. Five in. In total. And arrangements are being made to help neuter the two adult cats we help where we can. Xx

This gorgeous pair of siblings are 9 weeks old and ready for their forever homes either separately or together after they were sadly found straying. Luckily for them they will now find their forever homes.

They are lovely little guys who are friendly, super playful and generally cause kitten chaos!

They are first vaccinated and microchipped. Adopter must be able to return to VetsforPets, WF17 for second vaccinations.

Vee . Female. Approx 6 months old

This gorgeous young lady came into rescue as an unclaimed kitten who had been involved in a RTA.
Thanks to our wonderful supporters, we were able to take her on and treat her injuries . Vee underwent femoral head surgery. This involves removing the head of the femur bone in order to regain mobility to her hips. She has made a full recovery and requires no further medical treatment.
Vee requires an indoor only home.
She’s a loving, sweet girl who likes a fuss and to play. She is fine to live with other friendly cats

Neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped, she is available for adoption from IMMEDIATELY.

We were contacted with sad news in regards to one of our lovely supporters who sadly passed away. 😢😢😢😢😢

We named a cat in Dom’s memory. A collection in Dom’s memory was sent to us. £1100 in total which is an absolutely amazing amount. This donation helped us to go towards Echo’s treatment. 💙💙

We would like to offer all of Dom’s family and friends our sincere condolences and to thank you for thinking of us at such a sad time. Xx

Quok & Radcliffe. Males.

This gorgeous pair are now nearly 6 months old and ready for their forever homes. They came in as young kittens who had been been born outside.

Initially they were unsure of people but time, patience and good old Henry’s TLC has won them over.

Both are lovely little guys who are friendly, playful and enjoy being around their people. They are looking for a home together with someone who can give them a little time and patience to adjust to a change in environment.

They are fully vaccinated, neutered and microchipped.

Trapping again. Another desperate situation. A mum who a little elusive and three kittens. One kitten trapped today. It’s vital we get them in as the lovely man across the road when we asked him not to feed the cat or kittens threatened to shoot or poison them. Despicable human being. Nope everyone doesn’t like cats but to threaten harm on them. It’s not just the humans who don’t bother to neuter their cats it’s people like him threatening to cause them harm. We will be out trapping again tomorrow. Thank you to Roy who caught this little one today.

Sadly people do go to cause harm to cats I myself had one of mine shot. At my previous address I believed that to be a horrid neighbour.

People don’t like animals fair enough but to go cause harm to any animal. We live in a sick horrible society. My hope is we can get all these in and safe. Xx

I seem to sort one situation out and another appears. We are struggling but this situation had to be helped.

Rescue right now. What a nightmare. It’s mid January and are being contacted about mums and kittens. Living outside. Kittens living outside. It’s just unbelievable. Never have we had this. It just gets worse. My head is spinning on who we can help. Who we can ask to help as we cannot. Another multi cat household helped. Two in today. Three more in tomorrow. We will neuter the mums at our cost. It’s all we can do. To stop more kittens being born.

We often think are we making a difference. By all the ones we neuter. Sadly not. Tip of the iceberg.

Never ending. Why is this happening. Will we ever get on top of it. I don’t think so. I have sleepless nights knowing what I know. The messages received. Emails. Received. Messages to my own inbox.

I could cry right now. 😩😩😩😩
