A genuine love for animals is essential! You should feel comfortable caring for pets of all shapes and sizes and understand basic pet care.
✅ Prior Experience
Experience in house sitting, pet sitting, or similar roles is required. This includes feeding pets, administering medication (if necessary), walking dogs, and ensuring the home is secure during the client’s absence.
✅ Strong Communication Skills
You’ll need to provide updates to clients, so being friendly and responsive is a must.
✅ Detail-Oriented and Organized
From following care instructions to ensuring a tidy home upon the client’s return, attention to detail is key.
✅ Availability
We’re looking for sitters with flexible schedules, including availability during but not limited to weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons.
