UPDATE: HOMED. TRAPPED & GOING TO NEW HOME

Hi Sandy,

We've been feeding this female kitty for 6 weeks. She's not feral in the typical sense, but skittish. We are located in Loevenstein, Bellville.

If no alternative home is found for her by Tuesday 20th August we will have to consider euthanising humanely unfortunately.

We are away from the 21st August.

If a home is found before Tuesday 20th we will sterilise, test for feline HIV and inoculate.

Please share far and wide, there are only 6 days left before D Day. Until then we will give her, her best life.

Please Whatsapp Sandy on 072 268 3224 if you can adopt her!!! Let's save this kitty!

4 Beautiful Kittens from Philippi looking for their Forever Homes (Cape Town area).

Say Hi to Bear, Brutus, Emie and Baba-Lulu, 4 kittens found on a organic vegetable farm in Philippi on their own at the age of 5 weeks. They were scooped up and brought to Durbanville, Cape Town, where they are being fostered until they are ready to find their forever homes. They are still being bottle fed but should be done drinking formula and fully switched over to solid foods at the age of 12 weeks when they can go to their new homes. Each one is a true sparkling personality that one cannot help but love and adore. They are now about 9 weeks old, and will have their first vaccinations done soon.

The kittens are bonded and must be rehomed in pairs. Bear must be homed with Baba-Lulu and Brutus must be homed with Emie.

Separating kittens from their siblings can be very traumatic. Adopting 2 together means they can keep each other company. They can burn off excess energy by playing with each other. Cats are naturally social animals and will always do better with a friend of the same age. They can also keep each other company when you are at work. Cats who are homed with a playmate or sibling will have a much lesser chance of developing behavioral issues and make for happier animals. Being able to work off their excess energy with each other also means that they will have less destructive habits.

If you are interested in adopting any of these kittens please contact Mary-Ann on 078 139 1625.

Home Check applies and adoption process to be followed.

Please consider adopting a rescue kitten. By adopting one of them you give an animal a chance at a better life. Adopt, don't shop.

Good day. I'm looking for an experienced foster home to take care of 4 little kittens about 4 weeks old. Everything will be provided, medical care, food, etc. I will find homes for the kittens and do the homechecks. All you need to do is provide a safe, loving environment for them to grow up in for the next 6 weeks or so. Preferably someone that works from home. We have started them on bottle feeding but they are eating a little bit of Pampers mince. They are currently in Durbanville, so if you live in the Northern Suburbs and would like to help these little angels please contact me. Mary-Ann Hart . 078 139 1625. Please whatsapp. Fostering can be a very rewarding experience. TIA. Blessings.
