We urgently puppy fosters. We got in 8 german shepard puppies. We need to make sure that they are oky and getting food then we will deworm and vaccinate them.

We will provide everything you need. They only need a save and warm place please.

Please help me to save the animals. I cannot continue to save them if I do not get any donations in. I cannot do this by myself.

Our cape companion vet account is on R4760 and the awss vet account on R4460.
They will not be able to help us much more if I don't get the accounts paid. Please help us.

We still need to provide food en vaccinations and meds for the babies in foster and at the shelter.

I cannot even express how much we need your help. The cats and dogs are coming in so fast and we really cannot keep up.

*Urgent Appeal from Loving Paws Rescue*

We're reaching out to our community in a time of great need. The past two weeks have seen an overwhelming influx of puppies (over 20!), kittens, and adult dogs requiring our care.

Our vet bills have skyrocketed due to:

- Parvo treatments
- Emergency hospitalizations
- Heartbreaking euthanasias
- Cancer treatments
- Sterilizations
- Medical care for injured, abused, and neglected animals

To make matters worse, *our food supplies are critically low*. We urgently need donations of:

- Puppy food
- Kitten food
- Dog food

Any financial contributions will also be gratefully accepted to help us cover the mounting vet bills.

We're struggling to keep up with the financial burden of saving these precious lives. The uncertainty of our next donation and the piling bills weigh heavily on us.

Oupa Rex has been through hell and back, if any dog deserves a retirement home it is him. His journey has broken our hearts 😭🥺💔

When we first found him, he was beyond skinny. Just skin and bones. We tried to work with his owners, arranging to bring them food for him. He started to put on some weight and was looking good. We were hopefull.
The next time we went to bring him food, we found out that he had gotten loose and was attacked by a stray pitbull. As he is old, we arent sure exactly hownold, and his teeth were all ground down or broken Rex had no chance againt the stray dog.

He couldnt even defend himself at all.This poor boy just had to take what was thrown at him. He has horrible infections and swelling from the bite wounds on his face and neck, as shown below.

We got him medical care and medication for the infection, and gave the owner the meds with his instructions. 2 days later his face was twice the size... The owners didnt bother to give him his medication or clean his wounds. From there we took poor Rex to a vet and expected him to need to be put to sleep. After spending weeks helping him recover we did not return him to his owners and he instead went into foster care.

After going through all that pain and suffering, this old boy deserves a retirement adoltion to live out his last few years. He is such a sleepy doggy, He is content to live out the rest of his days doing nothing but taking naps and an occasional snack break.

Copper is still a very scared girl and also still needs a lot of attention and love to be herself.
She was thrown with rocks because of the way she looked. She had severe mange almost all over her body.

She already looks so much better but definitely needs more treatments of coconut oil to make her look perfect.

Harley my boy, When I first saw him on the streets I though he was so old that he would not have very long to live. I was so so wrong. He had no hair left on his body, full of tick all over.

He was locked out side to protect himself as his previous family said he was disgusting.

He now is starting to get hair again all over. seems to be black with white. If I can't get to him fast enough, he start howling at me just to come say hi. He loves to talk to me.

Please if you can offer him a spot in your family to be loved and shown that he is special too, I would really appreciate it.

Cara was left pregnant on the streets.
She had to look for food and stay clear from all the other doggies running around.
I rescued her and from that very first day she knew she was safe now.
She was so calm and also so far pregnant.
We have her a save place to give birth and made sure she had enough food. She gave birth to 6 beautiful puppies, 4 males and 2 female. All 6 looking like her. She looked after them so well and made sure they had enough milk. They are now to big for her and she is ready to also find her forever home.

Little Gracey was found along side the road, so hungry, tired and hurt. I think a car probably hit her. She had bite wounds all over her body. She also had babies but we can't say how old they were. We found no babies and confirmed from the vet that its been a while that the babies was not drinking on her anymore so they were probably handed out way to small and she went looking for them when I found her.

She was so scared. She now is a loving small to medium doggy ready to be homed with other doggies and loves kids.

Sweet Hayley, what a very sad story.

I found her with a very bad broken leg. She had 5 puppies and was so skinny that I don't even know how she fed her precious babies.
When I asked what happened, I was told that they broke her leg because she stole food from the table.

I will never understand how some people think. I will never be able to give you the correct answer as to why. But this poor girl needs her forever home.

We rushed her to the vet and they amputated her front leg. She is slowly but surely healing so good.

Is there anyone willing to take her in?

She is good with other dogs and amazing with kids.
