Yesterday, we received an urgent plea from Michelle at HOPE for Rescued Kittens for a litter of 5 bottle babies.
Nikki was supposed to take on another litter from somewhere else which she had committed to, however those babies ended up at another rescue, so she had space! What a miracle!
These five babies arrived safely with Nikki last night and are in the best hands.

Yesterday Varsha (a cat rescuer and trapper in Stanger) went to a property in Stanger with a friend of hers, Vanessa. They were alerted to some semi feral kittens who needed help. They had snuffles and were left outside to become feral.
Varsha and Vanessa immediately sprung into action and made contact with us. These babies are now safely in Clare's care, and although slightly hissy, she has managed to bath, deworm, deflea and medicated each one already. They all weigh around 600g each at the moment.
In around two or three weeks they will be available for adoption pending their health status as they are currently on medication for snuffles.
Varsha and Vanessa are arranging the sterilisation of mommy cat and all adult cats on that property.
