Langverwagt Stables had the pleasure of hosting Anne Scharlow Equine Healing over the weekend.

Both Horses & Humans shared a beautiful experience learning how to deepen connection & find a place of peace, through Wu Wei, the art of doing nothing 🌱
We covered respecting boundaries, understanding the nervous system in the way that allows ABSOLUTE BEING.

One would think the we came for the horses, but the horses were (and have always) been there for us 🤎🐴

When we are working with our horses, we have to ask ourselves if the activity or approach offered adds any true value to my horse, or if it enable naturalness?
The most natural state for horses is Being.
Being you could also call relaxation.

Whenever we deviate from this natural state, we are creating tension in the body and the nervous system. Tension, if not balanced, will over time lead to behavior issues, pain, illness and a refusing attitude.
