Fallen Angels (NPO number 175 638) was founded in February 2014 by a few devoted people; already active within the animal rescue and rehabilitation circuits. The ‘FALLEN’ in Fallen Angels stands for Forgotten, Abandoned (Abused), Lost, Lonely, Emaciated and Neglected. Any animal that falls under these categories is considered a ‘Fallen Angel’ and thus falls within the area of importance for this o

rganization. The organization focuses on not only the rescuing and fostering of animals, but also using them to help rehabilitate and offer therapy to children. They have created a haven – rehabilitating and fostering animals there. Their funding is entirely donation and sponsorship-based. The organization works within the Western Cape area. They are currently based in Melkbosstrand but extend their help to wherever it may be needed within the surrounding areas. They often work in partnership and collaboration with various other societies and NGO’s also existing in the surrounding areas and the communities to improve the quality of life of their four legged friends. Once the animals are rehabilitated they are put up for adoption at Adoption Days.

Some of our adorable puppies will be at the Adoption Day. Please pop by to spoil these darlings with some cuddles! You never know which one could steal your heart! Please bring a bag of dog food with you to help us feed all our furries. See you all this weekend!😁

Our sweet Sadie has made it out of surgery and we are hoping and praying that this surgery is successful and she does not get any infections.

She is back with Doc Dani Hanekom and her amazing team at West Beach Animal Hospital for follow up care.

We are so grateful that we have had so much support and generous donations towards her medical expenses. Thankyou so so much to each and every person that has donated towards her care.

We will get the balance outstanding for her scan and dental operation soon and post. The total was just under R40 000! Now gorgeous Sadie is on the road to recovery.

Her jaw was broken in so many places but the actual joint was what was worked on. Poor girl. But she is surrounded by love and really such a happy girl now, how can we not give her everything she deserves!!

Please still donate anything you can spare towards her bills. More to come sadly but she was really in such a terrible state when rescued!

Sadly her jaw did not heal straight like we were all praying for! She needs surgery and the quote is R13 000. This girl deserves a second chance at life so we are pleading again for help for her.

Their funding is entirely donation and sponsorship-based. The organization works within the Western Cape area. They are currently based in Melkbosstrand but extend their help to wherever it may be needed within the surrounding areas. They often work in partnership and collaboration with various other societies and NGO’s also existing in the surrounding areas such as: DAISY, Dancers Love Dogs, SA MASS, Tin Can Town, Mitchells Plein Animal Welfare, PETS, LEAPS Animal Protection Services and Pawfriends, just to name a few. Once the animals are rehabilitated they are put up for adoption at Adoption Days and on social media.

They currently rehome approximately 350 rescued animals a year,
