Fallen Angels (NPO number 175 638) was founded in February 2014 by a few devoted people; already active within the animal rescue and rehabilitation circuits. The ‘FALLEN’ in Fallen Angels stands for Forgotten, Abandoned (Abused), Lost, Lonely, Emaciated and Neglected. Any animal that falls under these categories is considered a ‘Fallen Angel’ and thus falls within the area of importance for this o

rganization. The organization focuses on not only the rescuing and fostering of animals, but also using them to help rehabilitate and offer therapy to children. They have created a haven – rehabilitating and fostering animals there. Their funding is entirely donation and sponsorship-based. The organization works within the Western Cape area. They are currently based in Melkbosstrand but extend their help to wherever it may be needed within the surrounding areas. They often work in partnership and collaboration with various other societies and NGO’s also existing in the surrounding areas and the communities to improve the quality of life of their four legged friends. Once the animals are rehabilitated they are put up for adoption at Adoption Days.

Pixie seems like a Foxterrrier-X-JR. She is smallish in size, about 4 years old and fine with other dogs by intro. Great character and heart. Meet her soonest ! 🩷

Flynn is another one of our super handsome dogs. He is only 8 months old, will be around medium in size and loves toys. He is good with other dogs and just an absolute gem. 💚 Meet FIFFY and MAX 💚

A Mother-Son Duo Ready for a Fresh Start

Fiffy and her son Max came into our care a few weeks ago. They are looking forward to a new start, lives filled with love, security and the comfort of a true forever home. 🏡

Fiffy is the beautiful, fluffy, black & tan mom, around 3 years old. She is very loving and knows to sit for treats. Her son, Max, is just under 1 year old, very shy with new people and follows mom everywhere. Both are largish in size, walk well on lead and are stunning in looks. They will easily capture hearts wherever they go. 🤩

While we would love for them to be adopted together, we understand this may not be possible. We won’t let this stop either of them from finding a loving home. Please meet them ! (Cape Town area)

After a very real directors meeting today it has been decided that we HAVE TO REDUCE our current numbers of cats & dogs.

We are APPEALING to anyone interested in fostering or adopting to please visit the farm Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 3pm where staff on duty will help you!

Our support is not what it used to be - people are battling like never before. It's a sad day for us but Fallen Angels must survive - but on a much smaller scale. So many doors are closing for us! This is a reality! Restrictions are cutting us off at the knees!

Please share our post so we can get our gorgeous doggies & kitties into lovely homes.

And sadly we are not taking in any new cats or dogs anymore. Our gates are CLOSED TO NEW INTAKES!

The organization focuses on the rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming of these animals. They have created a haven – rehabilitating and fostering animals there. Their funding is entirely donation and sponsorship-based. The organization works within the Western Cape area. They are currently based in Melkbosstrand but extend their help to wherever it may be needed within the surrounding areas. They often work in partnership and collaboration with various other societies and NGO’s also existing in the surrounding areas such as: DAISY, Dancers Love Dogs, SA MASS, Tin Can Town, Mitchells Plein Animal Welfare, PETS, LEAPS Animal Protection Services and Pawfriends, just to name a few. Once the animals are rehabilitated they are put up for adoption at Adoption Days and on social media.

They currently rehome approximately 350 rescued animals a year,
