Zena and Hercules are the new additions to the Fuzzy Faces crew. These two lovely Boerboel darlings are so sweet and gentle. Hercules is bouncy and full of energy and Zena is a true lady. We look forward to seeing them again in the near future.

Gus, the guy for us, and Holly is where we're at this weekend. These two critters are always fun to hang out with.

These two are very entertaining. Gus is a busy guy at about 18 months and Holly is about 10 years old but one would never say. She is full of life and very active. When not chilling, snoozing, or cuddling, she's forever out and about greeting people as they go by or, off into the big wild outdoors in pursuit of frogs, geckos or some other unfortunate creepy crawlies.

They get on very well and have been known to prank each other on occasion.

One cannot ask for better companionship. 💞

Hey Fuzzy Face family, it's been super busy here at Fuzzy Faces. We've had back to back pet sitting jobs so fancy FB posts have been on the back burner for a while. I work from home so my days have also been full while hanging out with the canine folk.

This week we are in the beautiful Atlantic Beach Golf Estate looking after these two stately ladies.

Kreukel is the Pitty, and Maruka the Schnauzer. Kreukel mostly sleeps but little Maruka is quite spritely and loves a good old chase around the dining room table as well as a leisurely walk in the veld. She's also an opera singer so will try and catch that on video to post.

I've looked after these ladies before, in April this year. They are lovely to hang out with 💞

We offer excellent pet and house-sitting services.

We’ve been looking after Fuzzy Faces on and off for years but have decided to expand our business and make it official.

We have a passion for pets of all sizes and species. We are excited to be able to help you by caring for your pets while you are away. Your Fuzzy Faces will be cared for and loved as if they were our own.

Let us Unleash the Happy for you and your pets! Give us a call and experience our first-class service.

SLEEP IN:
Day 1 to 3 - R300 per day
Day 4 to 7 - R280 per day
Day 8 and beyond - R260 per day

DOGGY DAY SITTING:
8-hour day R260. After that, R50 per hour over 8 hours. The rate is negotiable depending on how many days are required.

POP IN:
Once daily - R200 per day
Twice daily - R280 per day
The visit includes feed and walk/play up to 45 minutes
Fees apply to the greater Table View area

Daily check-ins with human folks to share videos and pics of your Fuzzy Faces.

Services include:
Daily grooming.
Pets on meds.
Doggie baths if needed/requested.
A secure presence in your home.
Your rubbish bin will be put out and brought back in on bin day.
Plants are watered regularly, indoors, and outside.
Any other custom services you might need.
If I sleep over, your home will be as clean and neat as you left it.
Own reliable transport if your Fuzzy Face needs to be taken to the vet or doggie park.
I work from home so I will be with your Fuzzy Faces 24/7 (unless I pop out to the shop).

References and police clearance on request. I’m currently studying pet first aid.

We are currently in beautiful Zevenwacht taking care of Ms Annie while her folks are away on a short holiday. She's a mature lady with some health challenges and her vision is not great but, she's a lovely and sweet little girl to be around. Despite her visual challenges, she still enjoys going for a slow walk and easily navigates herself to where she wants to go.

Mealtime is her favourite time of the day and to save up energy for the occasion, she mostly rests between meals.

My favourite trio is the Lion Family. I call them the Lion Family because Cooper and Mia are both Pekingese, and remind me of the Chinese Temple Lions. The mighty Tibo, a majestic Boerboel, also looks like a huge Lion, sans the mane.

Ms Mia is the sassy one of the three. She rules the roost with the cutest little iron paw. Cooper is the gentleman. He is very charming and always ready for a chat and a cuddle. Tibo is the gentle giant. He's the sweetest boy one could ever imagine and always ready for a game of throwing the ball. Cooper sometimes joins in too when balls are being thrown.

These guys are always the best fun to hang out with.

This is Ms. Holly.

She runs an empire of 🩷 Hearts 🩷 and owns Gus (the Guy for Us) and his Mom. She owns me too, and that's all good with me. 😎

Her superpowers are:
Extreme cuteness,
Endless supply of Love and Cuddles,
Proficiency in applying the Jedi mind trick (for the maximum volume of snacks, obviously), and,
Phenomenal hunting skills (specialising in lizard tails, frogs, and big brown flying roaches).

This is Gus. He is the guy for us!!

Gus was found as a small puppy in a terrible state roaming the streets. When he was rescued, the vet diagnosed Gus with a congenital heart disease, and he was given 6 months to live. Gus is currently over a year old and is living his best life! This guy is not going anywhere soon. It's amazing what some good meds and, a lot of TLC, can do. What a miracle boy!! He has a great sense of humour, and full of energy.

This is the regal Queen Charlotte. This gorgeous girl is full of beans because she is only a year old. She is super intelligent, has boundless energy, a great sense of humour, and is sometimes a trickster!! She loves singing opera, running around with her bestie Gus, and treats.

A faster runner you won't find easily. We're guessing, besides a bit of Husky, there must be a bit of Grey Hound or Whippet in her genes. What do you think? What else would you guess is in her bloodline?

Here is the handsome Archie on Blouberg Beach. He’s a black Labrador rescue and just the sweetest guy to hang out with. He can be a bit grumpy and stubborn sometimes but overall, he’s a great guy.

He has lived with his Dad at his forever home for the last three years. He was rescued from the streets in Cape Town, so who knows how old this guy is. His Dad is currently traveling in Thailand.

I call him Archie Marchie because he LOVES walks!! It’s on these daily walks that his stubbornness sometimes rears its head. This morning, we turned a corner on our way home from the park and Archie decided he wasn’t ready yet. He anchored himself in the middle of the road and would not budge!! No amount of begging and pleading could sway this boy. He stood his ground and flashed me those beautiful big brown "puppy dog" eyes, and I could not resist. We walked another block and back before we returned to our homebound route.
