Cypermethrin can cause a range of health issues, including:
Skin and eye irritation: Symptoms include numbness, tingling, itching, and a burning sensation

Neurological symptoms: These include seizures, tremors, and fasciculations
Gastrointestinal symptoms: These include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea

Respiratory issues: These include shortness of breath and respiratory failure
Other symptoms: These include headache, muscle weakness, salivation, and loss of bladder control

Environmental impact
Cypermethrin can persist in the environment, leading to long-term ecological imbalances

Toxicity
The toxic oral dose of cypermethrin is 100–1000 mg/kg of body weight, and the potentially lethal dose is 1–10 g
Cypermethrin is considered moderately hazardous by the WHO.

Significant toxicity to humans, animals, the environment, and especially bees. It can cause severe skin irritation in horses.
