Just a reminder that this image above was shown on the Website, Instagram and Whatsapp Status, that Confirmed Orders would be processed from 13 January.
We are currently working through pending orders in the order they were paid for.
We have some little orders and some relatively big orders and can assure you that no matter what, each and every order is very important to Navy Bay and that attention to detail is not something that should be compromised by rushing.

Those who don't sew, don't know!

As far as orders are progressing, we (the voices in my head and I,) are working as fast as we can despite the odd little delay here and there. We will get your orders to you as soon as possible.

I'd love to make up excuses but the reality is that my work is physically demanding, my neck and shoulders are permanently stiff and incredibly sore.
Taking time off to go for physiotherapy is pointless because i come straight back to the sewing machine 😔

From time to time this is necessary and though it saddens me, I feel a little powerless in these situations.

When the order book reaches maximum capacity at any given time, it becomes a matter of temporary closure to catch up, or keep taking orders and extend the lead times to roughly 6 weeks, which is not fair....
The manufacturing capabilities are not quite there yet but we continue to try our best!

If you need a mask immediately please head over to the website and look for "Stock Products"
There are a couple of masks there and a few very pretty saddle pads too 😏.

For the time being we will not be accepting personalised orders until we have fulfilled all the current orders. This will not affect orders that are paid up 😊

For the longest time I have doubted my capabilities as rider. It has been a long road and riding once a week is just not enough but if I can make progress then I am happy. dutoit.75 all the credit goes to you! You have taught me so much and have been incredibly patient. I really had to hold back some emotions on Saturday.
