Our first Intro to Polo morning and it was such fun 🤩
1. On foot lesson with Coach, Lionel Foster. Where he explains the basics of polo. Brief history on polo, the rules of polo and safety on and off the horse.
2. Foot Mallet introduction where you learn the different techniques to the polo swing.
3. Time to jump in the saddle ! Introduction to the basics of riding, your position on the horse and how to hit the ball on horseback.
4. Jump off and enjoy a bacon and egg roll with great company.
What more could you ask for on a Saturday morning ?
