How to take measurements for your dog's clothing.
It is always recommended that some standard measurements are taken before purchasing any garments to ensure the correct fit.
Kindly note that the sizing chart below is to be compared with your dog's actual measurements.
Should your dog's measurements fall in between two sizes, it is recommended that a larger size is chosen.
NOTE: All measurements on the chart, are sizes of the dog and not of the garments.
1. When taking measurements, please do so whilst your dog is standing upright.
2. Use a measuring tape when taking measurements (making note not to measure too tightly)
‼️Please note that the CHEST GIRTH is one of the most important measurements‼️
CHEST
This is the size of your dog's chest girth, at the widest point, which is generally found behind the front leg.
NECK
This measurement is taken around the dog's neck, where the collar would sit.
LENGTH
This measurement is taken from the base of the neck (collar placement) to the start of the tail (not the tip)
WAIST
This measurement is taken around the dog's belly, behind the rib cage and in front of the hips.
