Mina sustained a leg infection leading to a contracture that impaired her ability to bear weight on the affected hoof. She started to lie down more than she was standing and developed pressure wounds. We made her a prosthesis! Now she is standing most of the day resembling the typical behavior of a healthy cow!

She just couldn't get up the stairs anymore. Bel suffers from elbow dysplasia and osteoarthritis. A few days after the fitting, her owner sent us this video. The brace prevents the elbow joint from dislocating, keeps the humerus and radius in the correct alignment, and helps with pain management.

Sophia is clearly only taking weight medially because of the severe valgus deformity in her right carpus. We made her a brace to prevent any medial or lateral deviation while allowing free flexion and extension.

This little shy guy's right leg is shorter than his left leg. We made him a prosthetic leg to give him his confidence back! When using the prosthesis there is also much less strain on his left leg (protecting his left paw, carpus, elbow and shoulder).
