Trauma or normal?

So, when I left for work this morning...she cried. I stood outside the locked door, looking through the glass of the door...for a good 5 minutes, he continued to cry till I got to the car.

I'm not sure how long after that she continued to cry, but I got comfort in the fact that my roommate was around and would take good care of Violet in my absence.

Most things I will learn along the way, but it's very fulfilling...

I'm not gonna lie and say I'm not feeling any type of overwhelm, cause I am...it does feel almost the first day I got home from the hospital after the delivery of my now 15 year old son...
