Ore was rescued June 23 2022 in Pellissier from a hit & run. He was taken to the Vet and nursed back to health by Louise from 5 Star Groomers who also found him his hapPAWly ever after! We posted him as found and waited but no owners pitched. Thank you John from Steynsrus for adopting this boy and giving him a home we could only have dreamed of.
Go well Ore! We are overjoyed for you.

Rex and Sasha are almost back to their normal selves, we are just working on weight gain but other than that things are going well. They have healthy appetites, their poop is healthier, they are back to being "nornal little toddler stout gatte" and we are so thankful for that. They have lost a lot of weight and Sasha has picked some back up but she's still a bit bony.
They will both be Vaccinated in June.
They still need collars and tags.
They will be sterilized later this year. If you want to sponsor their sterilizations please please send me a message 🙏
Thank you all for your part in saving these two lives.
We still have amounts left to pay their Vet Bill. We have ALL managed to bring it down to Sasha - R827.40 ; It was R1577.40 Rex's was R2236.60 and its now R2036.60
If you are able to help settle the Bill please use the following account details and send POP to 069 546 1236. Please use the BENEFICIARY REFERENCE: Barc RexSasha

Lika was Rescued May 10 2022 from the Island in town across from FNB. We have no idea how long she was on the streets but she looked really emaciated. We found a wonderful foster for her who has been putting in so much effort to help heal the trauma, and Lika is doing amazingly. She's been uncertain of other dogs but we've recently introduced her to 2 friends and she did well, no reaction. She knows "sit" and "take nicely" and we are working on "down". She walks well on a lead, doesn't have issues with kids DURING SUPERVISED visits but she doesn't get on with cats or any small prey -like animals.
If you think Lika is the dog for you, pop me a WhatsApp message 069 546 1236
