Stafford Rescue Africa NPC 2020/184688/08 is a Rescue Organisation that specialises in the Rehabilitation and Rehoming of Staffordshire Bull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers. We follow a strict protocol of home checks and home screening, as do all reputable rescue and animal rehoming organisations worldwide. The process involves an application to adopt which, if passed, is then followe

d by a comprehensive home check by a Stafford Rescue Africa representative. We do not charge for this service, we simply insist as part of the adoption process that animals adopted through us are sterilised, microchipped and kept up to date on their vaccinations and deworming. This is also in keeping with globally accepted rehoming protocols and is done to protect the animals and ensure their continued wellbeing. We do not allow racial or hate-based comments. We will delete such posts and therefore urge all to voice opinions in a manner which is not based on race or ethnicity or any other grouping. Animal cruelty occurs across the board and is not exclusive to race, ethnicity, gender, age or income. Please respect the ethics of this Page and do not target all people based upon the aforementioned. There are even forms of animal cruelty which are unfortunately legally sanctioned in some Western countries (e.g. rodeos, bull fighting, throwing goats out of towers, burning bulls alive). Please report for duty at 5am tomorrow morning at your nearest Veterinary clinic, animal shelter, wildlife rehabilitation centre, pet crematorium or municipal street cleansing department.

Your help is required with the pain/ suffering/ trauma/ accidents/deaths you have caused. We will be mopping up after you tomorrow, and for weeks after that.

The least you can do is help, instead of just sleeping off your hangover while we do all the work.

As we approach Diwali, Guy Fawkes, Christmas, and New Year celebrations, we urge our community to consider celebrating without fireworks. 🌟

While fireworks may bring a moment of brightness to us, they bring hours of fear and suffering to countless animals and people.💔 Family pets aren’t the only ones impacted, fireworks also affect wildlife, birds, stray animals, and people with sensory sensitivities.

Each burst of sound sends ripples of fear and confusion, especially for vulnerable creatures that don’t have a loving home to retreat to.

We know celebrations are important, but they can be just as joyous without fireworks. 🎇 Please consider alternatives like laser shows or sparklers to keep our celebrations vibrant, yet kind to all the lives around us.❤️
