**LOOKING FOR A SALES MANAGER THAT IS WILLING TO WORK ON KPI RESULTS**
**Description:**
We are looking for a full time sales agent, an expert in sales techniques and has a good track record of attaining customers in the marketing industry, we will be happy to provide a % of the retainer we charge a customer as a form of remuneration, the more customers signed on the more you make.
We are looking for someone who has good social skills and is naturally extroverted and likes working / talking with people, someone who has a natural ability to build rapport and make individuals feel comfortable and is well aware of social dynamics and has a strong sense of emotional intelligence.
**Requirements:**
Must have had experience of at least 2 years in sales
Must have sober habits.
No criminal history
Willing to learn and adapt
Willing to work full time
Proactivity is required in order to attain leads
Good time management skills
Having a telephone, cellphone as well as a working internet connection & computer / laptop in order to make phone calls and contact leads
Basic computer skills, Word, Excel, Google Drive, and experience using CRM's systems.
Willing to meet customers face to face or via Zoom / online consultations.
