Peke Haven is a non-profit Company and relies on fundraising and donations to save and re-home Pekingese dogs in need . Unfortunately we receive extremely neglected, abused and traumatised Pekingese to the well-kept and much-loved family member. All our Pekingese go for a full medical evaluation and undergo any necessary treatment before being moved to our Haven Sanctuary and from

there we endeavor to find them an approved, safe and loving responsible home. All Pekingese are sterilized, vaccinated, vet checked & micro-chipped before placement for adoption. We have a strict adoption process to ensure that our rescued Pekingese go to the right home. Mission
The Purpose of Peke Haven is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home unwanted, abandoned, neglected and surrendered Pekingese dogs in South Africa, irrespective of age, health, breed standard or geography. We aim to give all rescue Pekingese a second chance to find a happy, loving home for his/her lifetime. We practice a right to a quality of life policy and will only re-home healthy and sterilized Pekingese.
