We offer payment via Bank Deposit, Payfast and credit card. When do I get my Pet Box? Payments are processed on the first of every month. You will receive your box before the 16th of the month. If you subscribe to a box after the 16th of the current month, you will only receive your box the following month. How is the Pet Box sent? Every Pet Box is sent via Fastway Courier. We do not offer postal services. The nature of the contents requires the boxes to be delivered promptly and efficiently. We do not charge extra for our courier services.
