Cats are masters of relaxation. They have a natural ability to unwind, and watching a sleeping cat seems to mirror tranquility. Cats can nap for up to 16 hours a day, finding comfort in almost any spot. Their purring is also linked to relaxation, both for themselves and for humans spending time with them. Observing a resting cat can be a calming experience and a reminder of the value of taking time out to rest 💛🧡
