What an absolutely amazing experience with the rescued Lions at Simbonga Nature reserve!
I did communication on them..wow! The are the sweetest yet powerful animals!
I'm in love with these animals🐹

Gypsy the hooligan🙈🙈 toe nail broke in half..so the vet had to pull it out🙈
She is such a drama queen though...can't walk...legs can't bend🤣🤣
And she guards that bandage like it's a piece of gold🤣🐶..
But it will be better tomorrow once the bandage is off...my little street fighter from the hood😎🐶🐶 💕💕💕💕

I’ve never seen a more misunderstood animal more than 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐬 𝐇𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞…

I’ve been trying to tell you that I am in pain, but you don’t seem to listen.

I show you that I’m in pain by not being willing to work but you just call me 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐛𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 or 𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐲. Instead of helping me, you just 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫.

I show you that I’m in pain by rearing when you try to ride me, but you enjoy showing people you can sit to a rear. Instead of getting off and listening, you just say “𝐇𝐞’𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬, 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐭!”

I show you that I’m in pain by throwing my head in the air, but you just say it’s one of 𝐦𝐲 𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬. Instead of helping me, you just buy 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐬 so that I can no longer 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐲 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐢𝐫.

I show you that I’m in pain by bolting, but you just get scared and decide I’m not the one for you. You sell me and I still remain as 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐬 𝐇𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.

It’s our responsibility as animal owners to do right by them, horses can’t speak, they communicate through their actions. So we need to listen!

9/10 times “negative behaviour” is caused my pain, the rest is learnt behaviour. Either way I always check for pain first.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐬 𝐇𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, deserves the world. The amount of tolerance, loyalty, patience and trust the hurting horse has, is something I can only dream of having.

Can people please stop breeding yorkies...biewers.. poodles and small breed dogs??
The majority is back yard breeders where the animals are being kept in horrible conditions!!! And please...don't buy puppies now for Christmas presents!!! 🤬
Before you buy any of these dogs..please do your homework first.
Everyone wants a teacup Yorkie or biewer...guess what??? It's maybe 1 in 3 litters that you might find one!!!
Where are those poor supposed to be "teacuppies' end up???? In the street! On the highway...at the SPCA... because it's not small enough!!
I'm a Yorkie mom for 23 years! Pls can we put a stop to this??? Please??
It's all a quick money making business...regardless of the animals!😭
My golden Yorkie boy... Came from Mabopane highway!! And he is a large Yorkie..guess what?? Most likely they just used him to get his golden colour and/or he ended up too big...not a teacup!!!!
Do your homework please people...at the end of it all...the poor animals are innocent and they pay the price of being abandoned!!!
Please don't shop....adopt!!! There are hundreds of them in shelters and at the SPCA.
And yes...I have 2 rescues...1 that had been thrown away like garbage at the age of 4 weeks!!! Do I say more???
