🚨 Warning: Your Pet’s Shampoo Might Be Hurting Them! 🚨

🧴 Your pet’s shampoo matters more than you think. Using the wrong pet shampoo is WORSE than not using one at all! 😱

Most pet shampoos are loaded with:
❌ Sulphates – Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and sodium laureth sulfate (SLES). These compounds are produced from petroleum. The main use for SLS and SLES in products is to create lather, giving a stronger impression of cleaning power. SLS and SLES can irritate eyes, skin, and lungs, especially with long-term use. SLES may also be contaminated with a substance called 1,4-dioxane, which is known to cause cancer.
❌ Parabens – commonly used in shampoo as preservatives to extend shelf life and prevent the growth of bacteria and mold. They are synthetic chemicals derived from para-hydroxybenzoic acid (PHBA) with antimicrobial properties. (Parabens mimic estrogen hormones and have been linked to breast cancer).
❌ Artificial Fragrances – Can trigger allergies
❌ Colourants - synthetic colour additives for cosmetics are linked to cancers
❌ Soap, Alcohol – Strip fur of its natural oils, potentially leading to dryness and damage
