Assist the less fortunate to take care of their animals through our outreach programme,
Provide advice and behaviour consultations, using positive training methods to help people keep their pets. Facilitate access to the very best doggie groomers, trainers, therapists and vets,

When you see the transformation of some of our doggies we've rescued from traumatised lives, it really is that little glimmer of hope, that gets you through the constant assault of cruelty to animals that comes across our phone lines and emails. Harry & Sally lived for months on the streets in the most deplorable conditions you could imagine. People had tried to capture them but they were always to fast and most people couldn't sit there all day trying to catch them. It's also extremely traumatic for them having people chasing them all over the place. But our team headed out with the thought of just watching them and seeing their movements to see the best way to take the next step. Of course they had our rescue kit loaded in the car in case they were lucky enough to have the opportunity to rescue them. In a turn of events the one doggie (Sally) wasn't feeling well and the rescue now became urgent because we had to get her to the vet ASAP. dogtownsa.org/donate
