Dog feeding 🤔
1)What do you feed your dogs?
2)How many times do you feed your dogs?
3)How clean are your dogs food and water bowls?
Hii dog lovers, I thought of asking these questions, you may answer them privately in your hearts 😂😂

1) Your dog should eat healthy food, that is a balanced diet comprising vegetables,proteins among others.
Most packaged dog food is already balanced, ensure to feed your dogs these foods in the correct portions according to the instructions.
If you are not using dog food, be sure to add Vegetables like cabbage to the dog food you are preparing.

2) feed your dogs atleast twice a day, avoid feeding your dog massive chunks of dog food once a day for many reasons some of which include;
*Bloating.
*Dogs that are only fed once a day can get hungry and also sometimes can be prone to bilious vomiting (vomiting caused by an empty stomach)....

3)Avoid your dogs suffering from bacterial infections such as coccidia.
Keep your dogs food and water bowls clean.
The food bowl should be clean before you refill it.
Some of the many reasons why your dog is eating grass, soil, vomiting, lacking good appetite might have just been caused due to dirty food bowls.

Mating season.
During mating season your male dog will loose interest in food, might stop listening to the owner,obsess over tracking females, he might distance himself from you and most times he will chill by the gate.
Don't be fooled in thinking he sleeps by the gate to protect your yard 😂, make a mistake by opening that gate and some male dogs would gladly run off, returning after weeks.

Best keep your male dogs safe in your yard, if possible lock them up or chain them if your yard isn't properly secured.

You will not be harming your dog by limiting him this freedom to wonder, rather than harm, you would be protecting him from many dangers out there some of which include; contracting STDs such as tvt cancer, injury or death by other males, getting ran over by a car, and many more.

New challenge this week 🏀
Taking a step further we begin teaching Nova how to fetch.
What to expect 🤔;
1)Your dog will exhibit selfish behaviour,that's normal because they are possessive and whatever they love, they want to keep for themselves. Your dog will not drop the ball 🏈 for you to pick it up again 😂
2) Your dog will not bring the ball straight to you, it would rather have it to itself somewhere away from you. You might chase after your dog a little 🏈 🐕🏃
3) Your dog might growl at you for you to keep away.
These are not exhaustive, there might be many more things you might observe in the long run.

Dog 🐕 walk 101
One important aspect of a successful dog walk is how you leave the yard 😂, before I began my walk, I thought of making this video for illustration purposes.
As can be seen, these two dogs, not the largest breed, were very excited to go for their usual evening walk that they didn't mind pulling me out the gate.
This is bad because without correcting this behaviour right there and then, your dogs would exhibit pulling the entire time during the walk.
Your dogs 🐕 should be calm before you can take them for a walk. Help them help you, be a responsible dog owner 💪.
Remember to correct all bad behaviour by handling your dogs well 🐕🐶 before these high energy behaviours turn into bad habits.
