The better angels of our nature.
Learnt of this interesting concept which in sum says we all have an angel within us, and that instead of doing that which comes naturally when in a provocative situation (getting upset, confrontational etc), we should all look deep within ourselves and find the better angel of our nature and respond from an empathy perspective
