Seeing that the agricultural sector in Zambia is being poured into makes small farmers like us dream big. You may not know what the small seed you sow today will reap tomorrow. To all our entrepreneurs and small scale farmers dream big ! The future is green.

In African tradition, its deemed as a great honour for someone to visit you at your home. We certainly feel greatly honoured and grateful to have hosted two global leaders in a space of 1 year. The fact that they are both female also shows some progression towards women empowerment in the higher echelon of global politics and development landscape.
Our CEO, one Mr Panuka has always led from the front and he did just that in hosting these two global leaders at Panuka Farm.

We had the honour and privilege to welcome the World Bank Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer Ms. Anshula Kant and her delegation at our Farm on the 28th of June 2022. World Bank ,through the Zambia Agribusiness and Trade Project (ZATP), provided us with catalytic first loss capital to Panuka Farm in 2020 towards climate proofing our production Much as we have cumulatively invested much more todate beyond the Bank's support, we are grateful for the support which came in form of a matching grant as that was highly catalytic in seeing the farm grow to its current growth trajectory. The World Bank Managing Director was thus on a monitoring and evaluation tour to see how the Bank's funds had been deployed. Her visit at the farm lasted 3 hours

We had the rare honour and privilege to host the U.S Vice President Kamala Harris. Her visit to Panuka Farm was to appreciate Panuka Farm's environmental and social footprint which can be used as a model for emerging farmers. Given Zambia's deforestation statistics of 300,000 ha per annum, a farming model that utilises small land space to farm commercially without the need to cut more trees was certainly one of the key areas of interest for her visit besides other pieces of the Food-Water-Energy Nexus. Panuka Farm's 100% use of renewable energy (solar) to power all its farm operations was certainly catchy for the U.S Vice President. Her visit at the farm lasted 2 hours
