Where is National Veterinary Associates (NVA), NEW DECLAWING POLICY?

We started helping NVA with their new declawing policy in December of 2024 after they reached out to us and we gave them ALL the data and info they need to stop allowing declawing in their vet clinics.
NVA is the 2nd biggest veterinary group company in America but unfortunately they stopped communicating with us last month after we called them out on their lack of courage to ban declawing in their vet clinics.

The position that they said they were going to take was that their Medical Advisory Board was strongly opposed to declawing and considers the procedure inhumane but they weren't going to ban it since they said that the NVA operating model gives their vets autonomy to operate how they want to.
(Many BIG veterinary companies have the same operating model but they banned declawing!)

Cats are STILL being declawed at NVA practices! Did NVA scrap their policy because we exposed their hypocrisy?
This is URGENT—cats are suffering NOW! Please ask to ban declawing and stop dodging accountability! Email their Chief Veterinary Officer Dr Sandra Faeh who is also the AVMA's President. [email protected] and their CEO- [email protected]

I will keep sharing Cleo until declawing is banned. I just cannot fathom the pain she went through at age 12. Declaw veterinarians ARE NOT human, they are monsters. I hope Cleo gets justice in her own way, never harm a cat on purpose.

Cleo is not going to go away. I see her excruciating pain every day. She was declawed at age 12, developed behavior issues, then euthanized. Look deep into her eyes.

JCAC Rescue Warriors For Cats ~ Cleo was sadly declawed late in life by an uneducated owner and I truly believe she was reacting to that pain. I do not believe in sweeping her under the rug like she never existed. We were not aware that they were euthanizing her when she went up on shelternet and was posted like all intakes are. We do not work for the county. We are here to save as many animals as we can. While we couldn't save Cleo maybe we can keep another cat from going thru this painful process 💔 ~ Eve
