*A Journey to Recovery: Orange’s Successful Iliac and bilateral femur Fixation Surgery at Harmony Vet Clinic*

Orange, a sweet and curious cat, was brought to Harmony Vet Clinic after his family noticed he was dragging his hindquarters, unable to stand or change sides.

Upon examination, Dr. Karim diagnosed him with multiple fractures, requiring advanced surgical repair. The procedure included iliac fixation with trochanteric osteotomy and bilateral femur fixation to restore stability and function to his hind limbs.

The surgery was performed successfully by Dr. Karim and the skilled surgical team at Harmony Vet Clinic. Orange was carefully monitored throughout his recovery period and received dedicated postoperative care.

After a few days of rest, Orange showed remarkable improvement, he started walking on his limbs again, marking a truly life-changing transition.

Today, Orange is back home, regaining his strength and mobility, and his family couldn’t be happier to see him return to his playful, loving self. 🧡

Meet our little fighter! A stray cat came to us in urgent need of help after being found with a broken leg and edematous swelling over the left femur. His condition required immediate attention and a Femur Fracture Fixation Surgery to save his limb and relieve his pain.

Thanks to the compassion of her rescuer Ms. Deepa and the expert care provided here at Harmony Vet Clinic, the surgery was a complete success. 🙌
