🌧️ In the middle of the Storm, Compassion Holds Us Together 🌧️

As many of you know, the recent unprecedented storm in Dubai brought immense challenges, including severe flooding that disrupted lives and transportation. During these testing times, the true spirit of our team shone brightly.

Despite transportation halting and the city standing still, our staff went above and beyond. Some were stuck on flooded roads, and others couldn't leave their homes. Yet, their dedication never wavered. In response, we took immediate action to ensure their safety and comfort:

🏨 Secured hotel accommodations for those stranded and unable to travel safely home.
🚗 Utilized management team vehicles to transport staff wherever possible.
💼 Assured no salary deductions for those who couldn’t make it and rewarded those who did with an additional day off.

Our team's heroic actions, from assisting colleagues to navigate the floods to staying awake to support each other, were nothing short of heroic. To each and every one of you, Thank you. Your safety and wellbeing are our utmost priority, and we are here to support you, just as you support our community every day.

We are more than just a clinic; we are a family. And as a family, we weather every storm together. 💙

🐶 So, how many treats can you give your dog❔ It all depends on their size, weight, and overall health. As a general rule, treats should make up no more than 10% of your dog's daily caloric intake. For example, a small dog may only need a couple of treats a day, while a larger breed might enjoy a few more😉🐶

2023 finished a month ago and it's time for our annual checkout details, 🐾🌟 Karas Veterinary Clinics achieved something truly remarkable, and it's all thanks to the amazing support of our community! 🌟🐾

🐕🐈 We're thrilled to share that we performed over 1523 successful neutering surgeries for stray animals, ensuring their health; With a 100% success rate and just less than 0.3% post-operation complications (only 6 cases with surgical material allergies), we've shown unwavering dedication to their well-being. 🏥

😁 We didn't stop there! We also removed 628 bad and infected teeth from these furry friends, restoring their comfort and happiness. 🦷

🙏 But our commitment goes beyond surgeries. We provided a total of 2.2 million AED in charitable support, offering discounted services for strays and adopted animals with chronic and incidental medical issues. Every owner must learn to assess the condition of the pet🐱 in order to know when to visit the veterinarian🧑‍⚕️
And so, let's figure out how everything should be normal in cats:
1️⃣Looks active, interested in the environment, groom itself, plays, reacts to sounds and movements - turns ears and eyes🐱
2️⃣ The cat has a good appetite🍗 and drinks water
3️⃣ Eyes👀 without discharge and “crusts” in the corners, ears are clean, teeth🦷 without plaque and tartar
4️⃣ The coat should be thick, shiny, without tangles and areas of baldness and excessive loss.🐱
5️⃣ Urination 2-3 times a day, defecation - 1 time per day (of course, during stress or illness, the amount may change)
