This is Violet.
Not long ago, she was in pain, scared, and unable to stand, her leg broken, her spirit shaken. She went through surgery, and for weeks, she couldn’t walk. Every movement hurt. Every day was a challenge.
She needed help just to get through the basics, to eat, to rest, to feel safe.

But Violet held on.
And so did we.

Today, she’s walking again. A little wobbly, a little cautious, but every step is a victory. She’s learning to trust her body, and the world, again.

She’s not just healing. She’s fighting to live well.
And we’ll be with her, every step of the way. 💜

Proud of these young changemakers! 🌟
Students from Raffles stopped by Karas Vet as part of their school project on animal cruelty, and we were blown away by their curiosity and compassion. They asked thoughtful questions about how we care for injured strays, especially those hit by cars or suffering from medical issues, and got a real-world look into rescue and rehabilitation.

Their visit paid off: they scored 6/7 and 7/7 on their final presentations! We’re so proud to have supported them in raising awareness about animal welfare.
