Koki is a female turtle, approximately 8 years old
She came to Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic in a bad state of immobility, sudden anorexia , and general decline in her body.
After the clinical examination, we found that she was suffering from a digestive problem and bloating in the stomach and intestines, which led to pressure on the chest cavity, which led to difficulty breathing as she was stretching her neck and breathing through her mouth with difficulty.
We provided first aid, and within minutes we were able to empty her intestines, only to discover that she had eaten a large amount of sawdust and wood chips that her owners had placed under her in her cage.
In addition to being infected with intestinal worms.
Within hours, Cookie felt much better and returned to her normal vitality, activity, and appetite.

She was prescribed appropriate medications for a week, and she is now doing her best, thank God.

One of the best moments at Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic is when we can help a cat on the verge of death and save her from a certain danger that threatens her life. Our heroine this time is the cat Mavis, a stray cat who came to the clinic in a miserable condition, with difficulty breathing and full abdominal respiration. She was diagnosed after numerous tests,with a diaphragmatic hernia. Surgery was necessary to fix the problem despite the great risk associated with the operation due to her weak body and unstable health condition.
During the surgery, the hernia was very large, about 10 cm, which caused the entire liver, stomach, spleen, and a large part of the intestine to move into the chest cavity, that caused severe pressure on the lungs, and here was the real cause of the problem. The Doctors at Pets Haven Clinic made a great effort to safely carry out the operation and save Mavis’ life...“The best moment was when we were able to close the hernia in the diaphragm and it started to move with Mavis’ normal thoracic respiration after we were able to expel all the abdominal contents which were stucked inside the thoracic cavity,” the doctors said after the surgery.
Mavis is now in good condition and lives happily with her new family.

Meet Mesty, the resilient 1.2-year-old Husky! Just two days ago, she came to Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic after a home accident where a heavy metal object fell on her tail, causing a fracture and severe bleeding.

Our team performed an emergency tail amputation, and within just an hour, Mesty left with a healthy, shorter tail. Her courage and strength are truly inspiring!

Moka, a 2-year-old cat, was admitted to Pets Haven Veterinary Clinic with a history of vaginal discharge. She had a left eartip, indicating she was supposed to be spayed. Despite this, Moka displayed a compassionate maternal instinct toward other kittens, even producing milk to feed a small kitten as if it were her own daughter.

The veterinarians at Pets Haven suspected a more serious condition and began investigating the possibility of pyometra, an infected uterus with pus accumulation, which can be life-threatening. Once the diagnosis was confirmed, emergency surgery was performed to remove both ovaries and the uterus. Thanks to the swift intervention, Moka is now safe and her parents report that she has completely returned to her normal self.
