Not your typical morning breakfast🤔 What’s hiding between the toast is vegan cheese (holding the bread together), and jalapeño pickles, adding the spice that’s needed in my morning breakfast. The crunch of the pickle is a delight in your mouth. And just when I thought it’s too dry, I broke open the soft and creamy yolk which coated every bite. If you’re wondering what’s unusual about this - well, the toast also held a bunch of broccoli 🥦 microgreens, which is packed with magnesium, manganese, copper, and zinc.... the very essential minerals that I needed to start my busy day.
