Our regular traveller Fiji has returned to Dubai after enjoying a lovely summer in the UK. As always, she handled the journey like a pro — and everything from export to import went exactly to plan.

Behind the scenes, her dedicated travel manager was there every step of the way, ensuring Fiji's comfort, safety, and all logistics were handled without a hitch.
We also want to highlight the important role played by our partners at JCS in Manchester, who supported the UK-side formalities with their usual professionalism and care.

Meet Ernie & Klaus, two adorable travellers who recently made the big move from Dubai to the UK — landing at Manchester Airport before continuing on to their new home in Liverpool, where they’re now living their absolute best lives! 🐶🏡💕

In the lead-up to their journey, we assisted closely with mum and dad, guiding them through each step of the pre-travel vet process with their local vets. With our support, they completed all necessary checks and paperwork, and we accompanied them to the ministry vet for final health inspections to ensure everything was fully compliant for travel. ✅🩺

On the big day, our Chau-fur team picked up Ernie & Klaus and brought them safely to Emirates SkyCargo, where we waved them off and wished them a smooth journey to the UK. 🛫🐾

Once they landed at Manchester Airport, our trusted colleagues from JCS were on the ground to handle customs clearance and provide timely updates to the family. From there, it was just one final leg to Liverpool — and now, these two cuties are settling in beautifully. 🏡✨

We already miss them, but we’re thrilled to see them reunited with their family and starting this exciting new chapter.

Luca & Mako’s Journey to Singapore 🇸🇬❤️

Meet Luca and Mako, two gorgeous kitties who recently made the big move to Singapore to reunite with their dad! 🐱🐱✨

Before their travels, Luca and Mako stayed with us in our Pawtery, where they were safe, comfy, and showered with love - also we kept Dad regularly updated with how they were doing while we worked behind the scenes. 🏡💼

During their stay, we managed all the paperwork, permits, and compliance checks — making sure everything met Singapore’s strict import requirements. It was a journey of patience, coordination, and a whole lot of care. 📝🕊️

Then finally… the green light arrived! ✅

With everything approved, Luca and Mako were cleared to travel — and just like that, they were off to reunite with their dad after months apart. ✈️💛

We’re definitely missing these two charmers, but so excited for all the adventures ahead in Singapore.

Meet Maddie, who recently jetted off to Montreal for her summer holidays with her dad! 🐶🧳

Maddie traveled as excess baggage in the hold of the aircraft with Air France, travelling with her dad on their exciting journey. Before departure, we ensured all her paperwork and travel requirements were fully in order — from health documents to airline approvals. ✅📋

On travel day, we met Maddie and her dad at Terminal 1, where we supported them through the check-in process, making sure everything was smooth and stress-free before they headed off. 🛫🐾

Maddie was calm, well-prepared, and ready for her adventure. We’re so happy to have played a part in her safe journey — and we’ll be right here to welcome her home soon!

Lucca’s Big Move: From Brazil to the UAE 🇧🇷➡️🇦🇪

Lucca’s pawrents reached out needing help with just one part of his relocation — the import process into the UAE. With their trusted agents handling things in São Paulo, we stepped in to make sure everything on our side was smooth and stress-free.
From paperwork checks to coordinating with the Brazil team, we had everything ready.

And on arrival day, our Chau-fur team was present at Emirates SkyCargo to welcome Lucca, handle clearance, and keep mum and dad updated every step of the way. 🐶💼

Finally, Lucca was safely reunited with his family — tail wagging, safe, and home at last. 🥹❤️

After an adventurous journey from Manila, Philippines, Roberto the African Spurred Tortoise has made it home to Dubai and is now happily settling in with his family. 🐢✈️

As a CITES II species, Roberto required special documentation and permits to travel internationally, making this a highly coordinated move. 📄💼

A big thank you to our trusted colleagues in Manila, PetTransPro, for handling all the required export formalities with care. 🙌

For arrivals in Dubai, our team took over. Anja, Roberto’s Travel Manager, ensured all import documents were in place and fully compliant, while Martin, one of our amazing Chau-furs, took care of the arrival clearance and made sure Roberto was safely handed over — with a quick hello before reuniting him with Mum and his four-legged sister, Rosey. 💚🚗🐕

To celebrate, Mum prepared an incredible leafy feast—and Roberto didn’t waste a second! 🥬✨

Hi, I'm Hector! 🐾✈️

I landed in Copenhagen with my family and after a few scenic drives, we’re now settling into our new life in Sweden! 🇸🇪🌿

Before my flight, I did all my pre-departure checks and spent a few cozy days in boarding. My awesome Chau-fur Joey got me to Terminal 3, while Travel Manager Anja handled everything behind the scenes. 🐶💼

I flew as excess baggage and everything went smoothly!

Now I’m home, happy, and loving the grass under my paws. 🐕

Our Story

With abandoned animals close to our hearts, we originally set out to help the UAE’s animal welfare groups send rescue pets to their new forever homes, at as low a cost as possible and, in some cases, completely free of any fees. As our reputation grew, we began to receive enquiries directly from pet parents so took the decision to take the plunge, two feet and all paws, to expand and Pawsome Pets was born. Moving your world around the world.

From small beginnings we have grown to the company we are today. Offering bespoke import and export travel solutions to and from the UAE, we have helped thousands of pets travel safely around the world (and in some cases back again). We have a fleet of customised pet transport vehiclesand offer boarding in our very own luxury cat condos or for the pupsters, with trusted partners in their amazing daycare and boarding facilities.

More recently we took the step of becoming members of IPATA and ATA, global organizations whose primary focus is the safe and ethical transportation of pets around the world. We are extremely proud to share the values these organisations hold, both of whom have a stringent vetting process for their members. We are bound by (and hold ourselves accountable to) the highest global standards in pet travel, care and well-being.
