We’re opening our doors, to provide FREE boarding for beloved pets whose homes have been seriously damaged by the flooding and need a place to stay.

The program will run in our newly opened DIP branch only, with 40 rooms fully allocated until the middle May 2024.

Here’s how to secure a spot for your pet:

We will be allocating 40 rooms for the cause, the stay is for a week max to be able to accomodate as many family pets as possible

20 rooms will be allocated to Petsville customers
20 rooms will be allocated to non-petsville customers.
A separate program is in process to support shelters in need.

Advance booking and an up to date vaccination record is essential, all you need to do is to call or whatsapp our DIP branch to book, drop your dog and leave the rest to us!

Dear Family,

As you are aware there has been a significant rise in distemper cases across the UAE, many dogs lost their lives and some were strong enough to make it through.

We have been cautious about communicating on social media before we have done proper research and communication with the authorities, vetrenary clinics.

It is safe to say that if your pet is vaccinated, and his vaccination (anti bodies) are within the effective level, they are safe, yet the main concern is that can only be figured out through VACCI-CHECK which due to the recent concern is totally out of stock across all vetrenary clinics

We have checked with 12 clinics and none of them had any stock, with stocks arriving mid june, our aim was to try and run the check for all our boarding dogs arriving in summer, but this will be on hold for now.

For al quoz, we have not seen or been notified of any of our customers contracting the virus, and we have brought back some of the extreme hygiene protocol used at covid times back in place for protection

For palm jumeirah, we have been recently notified that one of our customers dog has been i’ll, their last to Petsville was in mid May, and he is now on medication.

Dispemper is a very serious virus and we urge everyone to pick up after their pets, and book thier vets for a vacci check specially for pups below 18 months
