Unfortunately Robin is not as lucky as his brother Harvey. He’s eyes are getting worse but due to his size we had to wait on the surgery to make sure he’s strong enough to go through it. Robin finally weighs 1kg and we can schedule his eye removal surgery for this week. Plan us to remove the big eye and depending on how he’s holding up and how long it takes to remove the second eye as well. If the vet decides against it a second surgery will be scheduled few weeks later.
For now as you can see Robin is a happy and playful boy. The cone is to prevent him from damaging the eyes himself while grooming himself.
