on (or studying). Catsky is currently owned and operated by Peta Carmody who has 25 years' experience as a furr parent and cat sitter. Staying in a cattery may not sound like a big deal to you, but it is for your cat. And stress is a really big deal for cats! They are more likely to get ill, may stop eating, or experience lasting behavioural changes. If you are going away, in-home care is the best option for your kitty, and Catsky can give you peace of mind. Your precious cat will be living their best life in the comfort of their home with a very experienced cat minder who adores all furballs large and small! Our services are completely personalised. 1. Cat Call $45 (30 mins)
Includes: feeding, change water, litter, welfare check (vital signs), brush, pat, cuddles, play.
2. Cat Call Extended $60 (45 mins)
Includes: feeding, change water, litter, welfare check (vital signs), brush, extended pat, cuddles and play or basic indoor plant watering and mail. The following services can be included as an add on:
1. Administer medication $10
Cream, pill or liquid medicine
2. Provide food $6
Per meal (Science diet dry biscuits)
3. Extra cat $20 per visit (add extra 10 mins)
TRANSPORT AND VET VISITS
As part of our personalised service, Catsky offers transportation for your kitty in a secure and hygienic cat carrier (or their own carrier). This service attracts as $90 hourly rate (rounded up to the nearest 15 mins for up to two cats) and can include the following:
1. Transport to and from vet (plus attendance at vet consultation if required). Surcharge for distance greater than 10kms. Vet appointment fee covered by client.
2. Transport to another location (moving house or to boarding etc). BEHAVIOUR
Cats are emotional and expressive animals, capable of deep affection and sweetness on the one hand and anger, jealously and fear on the other. On top of that, each cat has their own individual temperament, so deciphering your cat's psychology can be a challenging task. Catsky will soon be offering in-home consultations to work with cats and their humans on tackling some of the most common behavioural problems like house soiling, aggression and scratching.
