Overnights from $60 per night S & A Dog Sitting is a dog day care and overnight boarding service run by Stephanie and Adrian in the comfort of our home located in Hallett Cove. With over 3 years of dog day care and sitting experience we can promise your dog will have a tail wagging good time

What sets us

apart from other dog day care and boarding services is that your dog will only be with a small amount of other dogs to allow them one on one care and socializing. As this is an at home service, dogs will have the luxury of relaxing inside or playing and socialising outside. Your dog will have unlimited playtime for those with plenty of energy but also a nice relaxing environment for those not so active. With a great size backyard and easy access to inside your dog can soak up the sunshine then curl up on the couch. This is the perfect option for parents who want their pup looked after while at work, an outing or when you are on a well deserved holiday.

🐾 Thursday Check-In 🐾

It’s been a big week so far at S & A Dog Sitting — full of wagging tails, new faces, and plenty of zoomies! 🐶✨

From first-day nerves settling into cuddles, to our regulars showing the newbies how it’s done, the yard has been alive with play, friendship, and a little bit of chaos (the best kind). 💛

We’re only partway through the week, but the dogs have definitely been keeping us busy — and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

🌹✨ 5 years today ✨🌹

It’s hard to believe that it’s been five years since we said goodbye to our beautiful Gemma. Her whole life she was loved, and she continues to be loved every single day. She always made sure to keep us on our toes—finding ways to sneak things she shouldn’t have. Casper was her little sidekick, barking to dob her in whenever she had something she wasn’t meant to.

I’ll never forget the times at the beach, watching that little white tip of her tail poke through the water like a snorkel as she swam with such joy. Or how she ate anything and everything she could get her paws on, cheeky as ever.

And I’ll never forget our last day with her… a slow, gentle walk on the sand, the ocean air around us, and Casper by her side as we said our final goodbyes. That moment will stay with me forever.

Gemma filled our lives with mischief, love, and memories that will never fade. She is always missed so much, and I wish she was here to be a part of all of our new adventures. 💜

🐶 Meet-a-Dog Monday – I’m Zoey!

Hey hey hey! I’m Zoey — a 1-year-old Kelpie and I’m here for my very first overnight stay... 18 nights! 🐾

Let’s get one thing straight: I’m full of ENERGY. Like, zoomies-for-days energy.
I LOVE to play — fetch is my favourite! (Well... the chasing part. I don’t really do the “bring it back” bit. That’s optional, right?) 🎾😅

I’m super social and want to be best friends with every dog I meet. Sometimes they’re not into it, but that doesn’t stop me from trying again. And again. And again. 🐕💨

At first, I was a little unsure of my temporary new dog parents, but I’ve totally warmed up to them now. Cuddles? Yes please. Head pats? Don’t stop.

This place is pretty great — so many dogs, so much space, and so many balls to not return. 10/10, would zoom again.

🐾 Woof Wednesday 🐾

Today was all about double trouble… in the best way possible! 🐶✨

We had pairs of besties everywhere:
🐾 Kelpies – Dusty & Zoey bringing endless energy and zoomies.
🐾 Huskies – Skye & Kira, always together and always ready for fun.
🐾 Sheepadoodles – Daisy & Lily, our fluffy inseparable duo.
🐾 Plus Bruce, our cheeky Beagle cross, keeping everyone on their toes (and heading home later today to see his family 💕).

It was a busy, vocal, and absolutely crazy day of play – zoomies, tug-of-war, and plenty of sunshine. 🌞🐾

These pups will be going home with tired paws and big smiles ❤️

🐾 Tail Wagging Tuesday! 🐾

What a day we’ve had! Sunshine, zoomies, tug-of-war battles, and plenty of wagging tails 🐶💛

Special shoutout to Tilly, who joined us for her first ever daycare today. She was a little anxious at first, but with some time, TLC, and encouragement from her new friends, she settled in beautifully 🥰 Big steps for a brave girl!

🐶 Meet-a-Dog Monday – I’m Bruce!

Hi. I’m Bruce.
I’m almost 7, but don’t let the age fool you — I’ve still got plenty of zoom in me. I’m a Beagle x Frenchie, which means I’ve got a nose for mischief and a talent for squeezing into places I’m not supposed to be. (What’s a “no-go zone” anyway?) 🕵️‍♂️

This is my first ever sleepover away from home — 27 nights! I was nervous at first (separation anxiety is no joke 😢), but my new human friends gave me space, cuddles, and lots of grass to roll in. 🌱💚

I LOVE:

Making dog friends 🐾

Investigating EVERYTHING 🧐

Rolling like a goofball in the sunshine 🌞

Trying to climb into laps I don’t fit in 😬

I’m told I’m a little “cheeky” and “vocal”... personally, I think I’m just expressing myself.

Anyway, I’m settling in well now — and I’ve got some serious sniffing and supervising to do.

🎉 Friday Funday! 🎉

It’s been a paw-some end to the week with a yard full of wagging tails, new friendships, and non-stop fun 🐾💛

Our overnight crew — Bruce, Daisy, Lily, and Zoey — were up bright and early, ready for more play.

Joining them for daycare were :

🐾 Bailey (snuggle champion)
🐾 Alfie (the cute and tiny specialist)

There were games, zooms, cuddle piles, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting. It’s always a good day when the dogs are happy and tired.

🐶 Meet-a-Dog Monday – I’m Rusty!

Hey. I’m Rusty.
I’m 3 years old, a Border Collie, and yes — I’m kind of a big deal around here 😎

I come to daycare all the time, and I stay for sleepovers too when needed. I basically know where everything is and who’s in charge (me, obviously).

I like:

Following the humans everywhere 👣

Getting all the cuddles 🐾

Making sure the younger pups know who’s boss 🧼

Supervising every single thing that happens here 🕵️

I’ve been called a “grumpy old man” once or twice… rude. I just have high standards. If there’s chaos, I’ll let you know. If there’s a comfy bed, I’m claiming it.

I love my time here — it’s full of pats, naps, and people to follow around.
