Hey All! Update to my payment policy
Most of my clients are fabulous and pay up after the groom is finished so thankyou to those that pay cash and if bank transfer do it straight away and show me 🐶🥰
There are a small few that I have to chase up and I simply don’t have the time to be continually chasing payments

Payment is expected on day of groom and straight after groom is finished, this is paid either cash, or card (incurs a transaction fee) or bank transfer

I am now driving over an hour to the hills and an hour back home to provide these services which is now starting to cost a pretty penny and a lot of wear and tear on my car and trailer (which has now seen the mechanic a lot more as of late) so please do the right thing so I can keep providing these services to your doggy

Hey All! Not an exciting update.. but it’s something that will be fixed hopefully very soon and I can be back on the road to get all your pups pampered and fresh again 🐶💕🐩
Today the trailer suffered quite a bit of damage as I was driving to work this morning due to a fault in the wheel and axle
Thankfully all is okay with myself and car and no one got hurt in the incident
I’m very grateful for all those that stoped to help make sure all was okay and for offering your help
It shows the kindness in the Mt Barker hills community and I’m thankful for the support 🥰❤️

So thankyou for your patience whilst I reschedule grooms from the time until I’m back on the road again
I look forward to seeing all your fluffy and human faces very soon

Hey all! HAPPY NEW YEAR 🐕🐶🐩🥰

Just a little update to prices for the new year
As sadly due to ongoing price rises I've had to adjust my fee's due to fuel, maintenance, supplies and what it costs to run the business
I know it's been a tough time for everyone with on going price rises. So I thank you all for sticking around and supporting my small local business

Prices vary for each dog as each dog is different and requires different grooming needs, and price of travel does vary depending on location (based in Adelaide Hills, Mount Barker, Bridgewater, Nairne, Stirling, Hahndorf are my main locations) so don't hesitate to check in the new price for your pooch

I've also had to update prices to eftpos as there is a surcharge to use eftpos now of 1.9%
I take cash and bank transfer which needs to be made at appointment at time of groom

Thankyou all for being a part of this journey and for letting me pamper your pooches the last year! I'm looking forward to seeing familiar faces and new faces in this new year 😊

Hey all, long time in posting
But just wanted to say thankyou to all those that have reached out in regards to booking their pups in

Because of the time of year with the weather warming up there has been an influx of messages and calls and I appreciate everyone for being super paitent whilst I get back

Because it’s only me that’s runs the business I can only get back to messages in my downtime which is (a rare occasion) as I have pets and family myself finishing late hours up to about 6pm I can only message people back in the time I’m available

It’s easier to reach by text message rather than call/facebook as whilst I’m working I’m working on that pup one on one and having a distraction can be quite stressful for the pup and myself as I want to focus my time on them during their groom and drive to and from appointments times can be hard to get back to people individually

So thankyou all that have waited patiently
I am quite booked at the moment and am still taking on new clients
So please understand you will hear back from me as soon as I get the chance

Just want to give a big shoutout to the guys down at Mt Barker Mechanical & Exhaust Specialists who helped fix up my car to get me back on the road to wash and pamper all the pups again
Been a heck of a week and year with many cars failing on me and having to fix them up and having to reschedule all the pups grooms
After just having a full do over at the mechanic in Victoria to get everything up to scratch to be all road ready for work, my car decided to pull another little trick as I was heading back from Victoria last night to throw a spanner in the works

They were super helpful, friendly and quick to help and were great and reasonable price wise
Super grateful to be back on the road again

So thankyou to all my patient clients with all my many curve balls as business never goes as smoothly as I’d like some days, grateful for those who have been super patient and understanding and those who have helped fix my problem cars
