Have you thought about joining the Club? Do you have the time or willingness to join the Committee? If so, the Club needs you!

Our AGM is being held towards the end of October. The majority of the current Committee, particularly the Executive will not be restanding for any positions. This means that the Club will be in the fragile position of not having enough people to fill the required positions. If you want to see the Club continue forward please make sure to renew your Membership on time ( 30th September 2025). If you are not a current Club member but would like to join and take on a Committee Position, please contact our Secretary for a membership form. Please be aware that you must be a financial member for 3 consecutive months prior to the AGM to be eligible to hold a position on Committee. This means you need to join NOW in order to fulfill the Constitutional requirements.

We don’t want to see the Club disappear so we urge everyone to consider coming onboard to ensure the Clubs future.
Time for some fresh faces to take over the reins.

We have been contacted about assisting with a female Frenchie needing to be rehomed. She is not desexed as yet and had come from a less than desirable situation as a breeding bitch. She has a lovely sweet nature. Not suited to living with another female dog. Send a PM and we can put you in contact with the owner.

The FBCSA Inc held our rescheduled AGM last night and I am pleased to say we have a new Committee to see us into the next phase of the Clubs continued development.

A huge Thank You to the outgoing Committee for your help and support over the last 12months.

A Club cannot run itself and those who have ever served on any type of Committee know just how hard it can be to keep a Club running and viable.

We have our Clubs first 2 Life Memberships granted last night.

Heather Parker who has been instrumental in the running of the French bulldog club of SA since it's inception, is the current secretary and went to great lengths to start and fund the Club five years ago. Without Heather and her vision for the Club it wouldn't exist. Thank you Heather.

Yvonne Draper has also been awarded Life Membership. Yvonne has supported the Club since its inception and has donated an immense amount of merchandise for the Club to fundraise as well as donating our amazing perpetual trophies. Yvonne's journey in French Bulldogs spans many decades and we are extremely lucky and grateful to continue the journey along with her. Thank you and Congratulations Yvonne.

We will be looking for Members who would be willing to sit on some Sub Committees in the very near future so if you have a particular skillset you think can help or willing to lend a hand please contact our Secretary @ [email protected].

Due to the inability to fulfil our Clubs quorum requirements the Annual General Meeting of the French Bulldog Club of SA Inc has been rescheduled to take place on Wednesday 30th October 2024 commencing at 7:30pm.

I urge ALL financial members to come along to ensure that there is still a French Bulldog Club of SA Inc.

The club belongs it its members so no member support means NO Club!!
