Hi my name is Lucinda, I am fundraising for the stray dogs in Kuta Bali, we went on holiday and I was devastated when I saw the amount of street dogs that were not being looked after, They had no food, no water, no shelter from the rain nor sun, their coats were mangled and most of them had severe sores on their bodies, I spoke to a woman that tries her best to feed them when she can and she told me that for a packet of food it costs her around $150 a month to feed 48 stray dogs, I have found someone that stays in Perth that goes to Bali once a year and I will also be going up every year to donate food. I would also really appreciate it if we could get a vet out to give the vaccinations and medications that is required. There are a few volunteers that help out the dogs but they don’t travel to Kuta and only work in Ubud, there is no animal welfare organisations that work in Kuta. Any amount would be appreciated to help the stray dogs.
