The puppies are almost two weeks old, and they are absolutely stunning and so content! When you pick them up, they just melt into your arms—no fuss at all. Bonny continues to prove what an incredible mum she is!

I’ve been receiving an overwhelming number of inquiries about these little ones. Currently, we have three spots available, but I’m taking my time reviewing applications. With the holiday season, children, and caring for these newborns, my time has been stretched thin. While there are still technically three spaces available, our waitlist is already quite full. I will be reviewing applications over the next couple of weeks and will reach out to successful candidates via email or RightPaw.

This gorgeous little boy is black collar boy (littername Lawrence). He will be the 11th pup to leave us from Eden and Winston but is staying with us til the 30th.

He's come back to my house for a bit of environmental socialisation and extra crate training. His family is so excited to meet him, which is totally understandable since he's an absolute love bug!

We give a warm welcome to Great Mates Miss Wiggles (Aka Missy). Missy is a tiny tot who we hope will play a big role in the development of our miniature lines. She is currently a chocolate colour but will likely fade out to the striking parchment colour.

We give a huge thank you to Julie at Great Mates for trusting us with this little girl, and we hope that she brings the same incredible temperament that our Bonny girl has.

Our 8th little darling to leave is precious Lenny (littername Felix). He has gone to his beautiful new guardian family. He's the luckiest little boy to have such a doting family and will one day (pending hips) become a daddy himself! His mum is also going to train him to be taken into aged care homes, which is right up his alley since he's a massive people loving snuggle bug!

Poor Eden had a run-in with a grass seed, which was particularly nasty. Thankfully, we were able to squeeze the offender out, and she has recovered well. Unfortunately, this means her beautiful coat needed to be clipped right back for the first time ever! 😭 Grass seeds are particularly bad this year, so we decided it was better to be safe than sorry. In each litter, there is always 1 puppy who is a little less confident than the others. Confidence is an adjustable trait and depends greatly upon how you manage the puppies' anxieties. I could have easily picked her up and taken her out, but then I would have missed an important teaching opportunity. I had gone over the hurdle myself a few times and showed her what to do. I then encouraged her over. It took her a bit, but she got there, and now she knows there is nothing to fear! Encouraging them through their fears and using YES as the marker once she completed the obstacle is a great teaching moment! It helps reinforce her confidence. This little girl is lime green collar girl - Florabelle. Puppies get different items placed into their environment every day. They also get lots of different sounds played to them. All of this helps to desensitise them to unknown things and helps raise confident and thriving puppies. Coming into week 5 and the pups curriculum starts to kick up.a notch!
