I had a week long stay with Evie, Percy (The Menace) and Luna. Evie is absolutely one of the sweetest souls. Always there for a cuddle and has her little quirks - she will be quite stubborn about where you need to cross the road during a walk. When I say Percy loves food, I mean Percy LOVES food! Very cheeky, sneaky boy but he would always make me laugh and I think we became good friends. Miss Luna was quite shy but did warm up to me and it was so nice when she was comfortable enough with me to give her pats. I love these three, I hope we meet again 🐶🐱🐱

During the last month I've had a couple of stays with Arthur the Border Collie and Sunny the Kelpie in beautiful McLaren Vale. Arthur would happily play fetch all day with anything he can find - on our first meeting it was a lemon! With Arthur preferring the outdoors, Sunny definitely loves the comfort inside. Pats and cuddes are Sunny's favourite things and she'll tell you all about it if they're over before she says so. With a couple more stays booked later in the year, I love that I'll be hanging out with these two again 🐕 🐕

Recently had another stay with the handsome Archie! It's so nice when I'm remembered - Archie greeted me with a shoe right away. Such a sweet boy who loves some cuddles and some fetch. He was never more proud of himself than when he stole my socks and it will always make me laugh! 🐶

I was so happy to have a second stay with Darcy, Winnie and Molly. They remembered me from last time so I had a warm welcome. Darcy took a little time to warm up to me on my first visit but this time we were like best friends. The three follow me everywhere and even stand guard when I went to the bathroom. Always making me laugh and smile, I love that I've been able to bond with these beautiful pets 🐶🐶🐈

Hi everyone! I've been incredibly slack with my social media so I do apologise. Expect lots of photos of adorable pets in the next couple of weeks!

I had a weekend housesit with Indie, Ruby and Halo in Port Willunga. This trio gave me so many laughs and smiles. Indie is such a character and would always let me know when she wanted some attention - especially if I was playing with Halo. Even with arthritis, Ruby became my little shadow and followed me wherever I went. Good girl Halo loved going outside for some fetch and would always bring me a toy. I'd have no hesitation in looking after these girls again and I hope to see them in the future 🐶🐶🐶

I was lucky enough to spend a week looking after Axel and Milo. Both incredibly friendly and cuddly. Axel loved holding paws - sometimes even needing to give me a front and back paw at the same time. Milo never failed to tell me when he wanted something even if it was 5am. After a few nights Axel would actually snuggle into me and half sleep on me when it was bedtime. It makes me so happy to have special moments with the pets I look after and these two were absolutely beautiful.

Finally had another stay with Molly and Elvis! These two beautiful Collies love sleeping and they love pats. Molly told me exactly when she wanted breakfast - 5am! Then all of us went back to sleeping on the bed. They'll give such polite nudges when they'd like some attention and I cannot deny them an extra head pat. If everything goes to plan I'll see them again later in the year 🐶🐶

I've lost count how many times I've been able to stay with these boys now. Unfortunately Jamilla the cat is no longer with us but I will always remember her. Especially her sass when she wanted me to sit down so she could sleep in my lap - just the sweetest girl. During my most recent visit I got more cuddles than ever before - both boys actually slept on me at one point. I love and appreciate that I get to come up here as much as I do. Oh, and I also get to look after Bubbles the fish now, too! 🐶🐶🐱🐠

Roughly a year inbetween visits and I was back looking after Roxy and Winston. Unfortunately Roxy suffers with arthritis but I was surprised with how well she handled it and always seemed to be in a good mood. Except maybe when she'd wake me up at 5am! They look at you with their big eyes and you can't not want to give them all the pats they want. Winston's snoring would always make me giggle and I love looking after these two 🐶🐶
